They were super patient, never pushy, and really helped me weigh all the options. I felt totally comfortable and supported the whole time. I was told the service was $999 just to replace spark plugs, so this is almost double. but it should be for the average price $500. top price should be around 750 Max. I get the bill and it's now $1099 for the spark plugs, because when they quoted the cost of the spark plugs, they already deducted from the diagnostic fee and didn't tell me. So I was tricked to pay $100 more even on a already inflated price every time I leave the dealership I feel like I've been screwed over and ripped off. on a positive note, it's a nice building. They have snacks and drinks when you wait. Sometimes I'll give you a loaner if your car is gonna be in the shop for several days just depends some days. They don't have a loaner to give the employees in service department with the exception of the receptionist are usually nice. But for double the price it just doesn't outweigh the problems. so they'll get their double the price on this one repair and then anything else I got I'll take it to a reasonable service department that doesn't price gouge.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. A few months ago, my girlfriend and I were ready to…read morepurchase a used 2016 Volvo XC90. I have the same model, and it has generally been a reliable vehicle for me, and my girlfriend is quite fond of it as well.Used Volvo XC90s are somewhat limited in the central U.S., so when we found this one for sale locally in Olathe, we were eager to check it out. We inspected the car and took it for a test drive, and everything appeared to be in order. My girlfriend decided to buy the car that day with cash; there was no negotiation since she really liked it and the price seemed reasonable. However, just one day later, the check engine light illuminated. Given that the car has many sensors, I assumed it might just be a glitch in the software. My girlfriend reached out to 'SASHA' and communicated with his wife regarding the check engine light problem. We were advised to bring the car in for inspection. A couple of days later, we took the vehicle in, and they examined it, telling us it was ready for pickup. They claimed it was a battery issue. Initially, I believed this explanation, but I was somewhat skepticall. As an electrical designer for a utility company, I have a good understanding of electrical systems and their functions. When we picked up the car, the check engine light had been cleared, but it soon returned. The light came back on the following day. We took the car back again, and the dealership provided the same explanation. This occurred once more, and we were urged to bring the car in again. Nothing was resolved, and we received the same story about a battery issue. I suspect this dealership is dishonest. Regarding the concern with the check engine light; I own a personal scan tool for my vehicles that can clear check engine lights. I attempted to reset the check engine light on her vehicle. The battery was never a concern, as confirmed by the untouched battery terminals located in the trunk of the vehicle. Sasha and his wife are frauds; they used a scan tool to clear the check engine light prior to purchasing the vehicle. We drove just under the mileage limit to avoid triggering a check engine light before completing all the paperwork. Sasha also gives off predatory vibes around young little girls; he behaves in an overly clingy manner towards them. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter along, and while he wanted to hug and show affection, his actions were inappropriate and unsettling. His wife is equally rude and arrogant. Additionally, we have yet to receive the title for the vehicle, and the dealership has stopped responding to our messages. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this fraudulent and creepy dealership. Holding onto the title is illegal for a dealership, and this practice is also considered fraudulent, which we will be investigating

We were greeted in the lot by our young salesman August Unverferth. He was immediately upfront by sharing that he was brand new to this job and might have to ask for help and answers from his boss. (Ends up that August is only 19 and we were his first purchasing customers!) His supervisor, Casey Williams ended up being a big help, explaining about Car Fax, buying cars from non Toyota dealerships, and the Gold Certified program. We had an old Honda Pilot that we decided to use as a trade in and got what we thought was fair price for that. We also were introduced to people in the service department and eventually dealt with Daniel to finish all of the financial aspects of the deal. We were offered the opportunity to purchase optional accessories, extended warranty, and financing, and did not feel pressured to do any of these. Every single person we dealt with was absolutely top notch! If our new used vehicle serves us as well as we were treated by all of the team members at the dealership, we will be return customers and refer our friends and family to shop there. We gladly give August, Casey, Daniel, and this dealership in general 5 stars and hope that our future interaction with them continues to earn this status!

This last visit, i took my truck in for service and dropped it off. they said they would call me when it was done and never called. Showed up shortly after 5 and found them closed. Called and talked to some sales manager and was able to come in the next day to get it. but without the threat of me just coming to get it anyway, I would have been stuck til Monday. Also they wrote down my card info. Yikes! PCI violations? The service department never once called me back to apologize or even acknowledge what happened. They've really gone down hill the past few years. I would recommend going to legends toyota if you have to get toyota service and staying away from this place.

We were sold a lemon. In Feb 2025 my son went to Robert Brogden Kia to look at a Chevy Impala. When…read morewe arrived we were told the Impala was not available and were recommended a VW Tiguan. We noticed stains in the ceiling lining and asked about it. We were told that it was no longer an issue. My son purchased the car. This was the first car he purchased on his own and we were told they could not offer us an extended warranty. In March we discovered that the moon roof did in fact have a leak and requested it to be fixed. We brought it in and were told that the seals were no longer available and the best they could do was seal it with silicone and we payed for the repairs. When it was returned to us the rearview mirror was damaged and fell off the front windshield. The leak was not fixed and the gas gauge stopped working. In May the engine was misfiring and we discovered there was an oil leak in the sparkplug cylinders. In June the power steering went out and it became undriveable. During this time my son was in contact with a salesman about these issues but then went silent. We called Robert Brogden Kia in Aug. We were told the salesperson no longer worked there and I was connected with the General Manager. He told me to bring the car in to have it evaluated. On Aug 29th we had it towed to Robert Brogden Kia and was told they would call me after evaluating the car. The GM left a message on my phone on Sept. 3rd. It was very brief just saying he called. I returned his call on Sept. 5th and was told the dealership was now owned by Oakes and John no longer worked there. I asked to speak to the service department to get an update. The service department manager said he could not provide me with the quote for the repairs and indicated that I would need to speak with Rodney Dillard, and he would call me when he was available. Rodney didn't call. I called back on Sep 12. Rodney was not available so I spoke with Nick who said that Oakes could not help me and I would need to speak with someone at Robert Brogden GMC. I then submitted a message on their website with the details and asked for the appropriate. I was contacted by a person via email who then connected me with the GM Phil Skid. I have described this story to him via email with no response. It is clear that we were sold a lemon and the sale of the Kia dealership has complicated this issue making me feel like we are getting the runaround. Our car sits at Oakes Kia still not drivable. We owe $11K on it. We've owned it for less than 9 months. We don't know the cost of the repairs or if it can be repaired with no resolution. Extremely frustrating!
