When she saw my Grandmother wasn't there she even offered to check the surveillance footage. Turns out my Grandma stopped at a different store first and walked in as Andrea and I were on the phone. I have advised them numerous times, I am on a doctor approved alternate schedule than how my script is written, and today one of the reps tried to tell me that they "have to follow-up PER MY INSURANCE for compliance reasons" This is a bold face lie! I have spoken to both my insurance company AND doctor, and Walgreens is NOT in charge of my dosing schedule, that is between my doctor and I alone, my doctor has the right to prescribe off label and/or change my dosage at anytime, and my insurance does not get involved nor should Walgreens be involved in the matter. The kicker is, this particular medication the Walgreens rep lied to me about and said she had to call me for "insurance compliance reasons", isn't even a medication that has EVER been covered by my insurance! LOL. I have to pay out of pocket for this one, my insurance has ZERO to do with it, and I also haven't taken this medication in months, because I switched over to a similar product instead. So just a straight up LIE from this Walgreens Pharmacy "tech" . They should not be making unverified, nor especially UNTRUE statements to customers..
