She did amazing with the time too, she did my haircut, blowdried and styled my hair under an hour. If you want to reshape your hair and get an amazing haircut, I would go with Emma. My bangs are lopsided and too much tension on them so shorter than I wanted them. But of course it will grow, so not upset. honestly I don't know what sucked more my messed hair look or the fact that I spent 300+ and not get what I wanted. My hair stylist looked like she didn't want to do my hair and for long periods of time left and I was just sitting there waiting. Parking is awful. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what was actually an approved area according to the vague wording on the website. I arrived at 11:45 for an 11:30 appointment and was told that because I arrived mere SECONDS of their cancellation window (the clock still read 11:45am as I arrived) that they wouldn't be able to accommodate. I've tried a bunch of different styles and colors over time, and they always turn out amazing. Carly is an absolute master when it comes to color, and she also does great extension work. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me how it could damage my hair more because I had boxed dyed it previously. Absolutely the best choice I made. Courtnee was wonderful! Upon arrival, I was greeted and offered a refreshment while being checked in. I was then shortly taken to the second floor where I was introduced to Courtnee. We went over my current hair, desired hair style and what I typically use to style my hair. Afterwards, my hair was washed cut and styled. Throughout the entire process my stylist communicated recommendations on what would be best suited for my hair type and style I wanted. Stay AWAY! This place is shady and scams customers. Daughter left in tears! $400 for a simple dye job. This is a long one but I want to spill out all the details, if you don't want to read the whole thing just don't get your color done here. They charge by the hour and will delay and make you wait (while helping other customers) while billing you $100 an hour. --------------------------------------------------------------- My daughter found this place and we called and asked about getting my daughter's hair done for her 15th birthday. We were quoted 1.5-2 hours at $100 and $65 for the cut. so $265, we agreed and made the appt. Her hair is dark brown, and short, she wanted black with red highlights, IT HAS NEVER BEEN DYED BEFORE. 2:30 - We got there and all seemed fine, the hairstylist (Courtney) said she would be done around 4:30-5. So we walked around the corner for a bite. 4:30 - We get a text from my daughter who seemed distraught, she said that her coloring was taking longer than expected and it was now going to be 6:30 before she was done. (4 HOURS TO DYE HER HAIR!?!?!?), we walked back and confronted the front desk about the issue. After a lot of back and forth the owner (Erika) shows up frazzled and looking like she was on something. She goes back and forth and was making no sense. I told her I was upset we were told 2 times the dye would be $200, including when the hairstylist HAD HER HAIR IN HER HANDS (so she knew the thickness,length and color) that my daughters $200 dye was now going to be a $400 dye. Her answer was "Yes, but now she gets a $400 dye". WTF?? If you can make sense of that reply, you're smarter than I am. Finally she agrees that she'll eat the cost and honor the original quotes, she storms off and everything seems fine. We go to the store to get my daughter a snack since she would now be there for 4 hours. 5:30 - The hair dye is complete (3 hours but clock still running?), time to wash and cut. Now here's a fun side story, as we're sitting there we hear another hairstylist put a customer on the waiting bench for her hair to process so she can help another customer. 6:15 we get a text from my daughter asking if we still want the hair cut. We say yes. She says we need to come back, theres a problem. We're told that if they complete the haircut then they won't honor the discount and we have to pay $400, or we can pay $200 and leave without the cut? Who runs a business like this??? That's when my wife notices that the poor girl that has been sitting on the bench looking furious has been sitting for 45 minutes. 25 minutes after her processing should have been done, and there's the scam! They charge you BY THE HOUR, and then take their sweet ass time and help other customers WHILE THE TIMER IS STILL RUNNING. At this point, I'm furious, my daughter is crying. After 45 minutes her hair is still wet somehow???) I said, ok we're done here. Paid my $200 (plus a tip on the full amount, which I fully regret) and took my crying daughter with soaking wet hair out of this rediculous scam, luckily we were able to call around the next day and find her a reputable hair stylist the next day. I've talked to multiple hair stylists, girlfriends who get their hair done at extremely bougie places and all say that 4 hours and $400 for a dye with highlights is INSANE! Just a bad business logic, you said you'd honor your quote to keep the customer happy, but somehow managed to still eat the money, lose out on a $65 haircut, and leave the customer even more pissed off, SMART BUSINESS! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR HOURLY RATE HAIR DYE SCAM, they will help other customers, leave you sitting doing nothing while extorting you at $100 an hour. STAY AWAY!! read more

i'm really distraught after my visit today. i came in with medium length hair and wanted a cut: shoulder length with side bangs (2 pictures provided both showing longer shoulder length hair and side swooped bangs). i left with shorter than chin length hair and full frontal bangs. they issued me a full refund and left a note on my account if i ever did return, they would give me a free cut. this was amazing customer service, however, i have never had a worse cut in my entire life and am extremely discouraged. read more

Sammy did a wonderful clean up cut on my hair as I am attempting growing it out. She listened to my concerns, and didn't thin my hair out as other stylists have done. I have alot of hair, and when it is thinned out when its shoulder length, it looks like its damaged from all of the frayed thinned out pieces. She is the first stylist I have had cut my hair that explained and understood that. I was elated!!! I love the Europa products they use, and will be switching over from my current Aveda product line. My daughter had an appointment in December we brought in a picture spent almost an hour speaking with the stylist explaining in very clear detail what she wanted and we get home to find it's totally uneven and a horrid cut I could have done it better myself. I asked my daughter if she wanted me to reach out to see about getting fixed but there was no way she wanted to see the lady who butchered her hair again.
