I showed up on time for the appointment and waited outside for about two hours -- no one ever came out, called, or answered. Even the owner, who introduced himself as Andrew, never showed up or reached out to apologize or reschedule. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for people's time says a lot about how the company operates.
