Fantastic service!!! We just arrived from US after 25 hours from door to door. We are 10 people in our family and all of us really want to go for shower. I am running out of words but this is one of thr best service I've ever experienced. Nicolle Tabing took care of our check in process. Typically the check in is 3pm but she gave us an early check in upgrade. Amazing! Commendable!!. Her supervisor is Jayvee.

Just an update, I received an email from the Guest Service Manager apologizing for THEIR mistake. He even gave me his cell number to contact him directly next time I stay at Okada and he'll make sure all the necessary arrangements are made to exceed my expectations. Now, this is what I expect from one of the best hotels in Metro Manila. Thank you.

03/21/25 This was my very first time to this beautiful place. Our kids enjoyed the amazing water fountain (mala-Bellagio). We will definitely come back again. Vallet parking is available. The staff were very nice. We ate at Mary Grace.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Manila, or dare I say, the entire country. There are so many things to do here. We arrived at the perfect time, as they have Christmas booths and a stunning light display. It's very festive. The interior looks amazing. They have a fountain show that starts at 6 p.m. and runs every hour. I just didn't like the strong smoke smell from the casino. I wish they could improve that. Other than that, this place is perfect.

hair dryer/blower plug not compatible to vanity wall outlet

We stayed 2 nights at this Okada hotel in manila and the room size is big but not very satisfied with the service so I gave 2 star. First, bell boy at main entrance when we arrived didn't mind greeting and offer help, I still have to call for help. 2nd, we asked if they can deliver food from buffet to our room and said NO it should be consumed at the restaurant. Lastly, the hair dryer/blower plug was not compatible to the vanity wall outlet. Next time I'm in Manila I'd rather book to Solaire instead.

When you've only been to Vegas casinos, you really don't see the value for your money. For high rollers or for those penny pinchers, this place is the best! Rooms were spacious! You initially walk into a small foyer (mudroom/shoe space). Small walk-in closet sits next to the foyer. Our room had 2 double beds. Larger than a twin. Smaller than a queen. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap, dental kits, soap, lotion, cotton swabs, mouthwash, robes and slippers. Lots of power outlets and waters. Run out of water? Head to the casino. They got water bottles everywhere for free. Bathrooms have a large bathtub, shower and toilet with a bidet! Bidet opens and flushed automatically! So nice! Cost of room is similar to Vegas and the US, but your pesos go a long way on the casino floor. Things to do: Variety of stores and restaurants. Ended up at an American restaurant since our kids chose the place. Fancy restaurants are very expensive compared to the ones lining the walkways, so this is a matter of funds. Fountain show played at night but not sure how often. People stand in lines to see it. Reminds me of Bellagio in Vegas. Plenty of entry points so find one that's shorter in line. Outdoor pool is free. Just be sure to register at the desk near the pool. Staff will help you set up your chairs and give you towels. We got a cabana for free since they are first come, first serve. Indoor Cove pool is paid entry. Since we went on New Year's Eve, we browsed through the "Winter Wonderland" boutiques, which were small pop up shops from different vendors, went to the NYE event/club (?) and got some drinks and glow sticks for our kids, and watched the midnight fireworks over Manila Bay side (our room faced that way so we watched from the room). We also got a small fruit cake. Maybe for NYE? Casino is like Vegas. Tables and slot machines. Craps, roulette, Baccarat, but I didn't see any blackjack, poker or pai gow. Slots were mostly those Chinese ones with gold coins or dragons or babies. Saw a Buffalo machine. Machines take US dollars, but we used pesos. Since the dollar is strong, playing at the casinos was a lot more fun. But it did feel like the slots are not as loose as Vegas. Customer service was pretty good. Everyone is helpful. Not really smiling much, but if you ask for help, they'll assist you. Check in was good, but with passports, it took a long time to register each guest. Room was ready around 2 pm. Then when we went to get our keys, another staff was about to register us again but I declined. System must not be great. Overall a place to visit again? Yes! It was still a great time for great prices!

We came in to eat dinner at the Pepper Steak place. The place was really Asian. Lunar festival and decorated well. The casino was big and lots of slot machine. But didn't like the area of still smoking and vaping part. The attendant and housekeeping keep the casino clean. Nice to go around and visit when in Manila

We enjoyed our stay. We spent 2 nights for the start of our 2-week tour of the Philippines. The room was amazing and well-kept. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Christmas village and food options were above par. We will miss the hospitality.

Stayed I stayed in Okada for two nights. This casino and resort reminds me of Bellagio and Wynn in Las Vegas. They even have a water fountain show that plays on the hour from 6-10 pm every day (Each show includes two songs). Our room was on the 16th floor with a pool and bay view. I loved this view and I highly recommend it. The room was very nice and high tech. The bathroom was incredible and it was the best during my stay in the Philippines. The amenities were super nice. There were three pools; the one in the middle was the largest size and most enjoyable to swim in. We were able to get a cabana by the poolside for free, but I'm not sure if that's how it usually is. The workers by the poolside were super nice, attentive, and even gave multiple complimentary drinks to the guests. The gym was a good size with various types of equipment. Their resistance machines were unique and interesting, but targeted each body part. The casino was very huge. The upscale shops run parallel to the casino. There are lots of eatery when you head towards the fountain area, with plenty of options for you to eat and drink. The services throughout this hotel, casino, restaurants, and shops were excellent. I didn't encounter any rude workers, but the workers do expect tips. Overall, I recommend Okada for the luxury experience in Manila. I knocked down one star because of the inconvenient layout of the shops/casino to the hotel rooms. It was really tiring to walk from one end of the lobby to the other side where our room was located. At least there's a second lobby, drop off area, and check in desk on the opposite side.

Stayed here for a few days in October, 2022 with my husband. The hotel is massive and includes a casino, lots of yummy restaurants, shops, a beautiful outdoor fountain show, an amazing spa, swanky bar, live entertainment, family friendly pools and SO much more. The room we stayed in was larger than a normal hotel suite that had a separate living room, large bedroom, walk-in closet, two bathrooms each equipped with bidet toilets, and a large soaking bathtub. The bathrobes were made of the softest material. The toiletries were luxurious. The room itself was simply AMAZING! The hotel hospitality was 10/10. Everyone was very kind, hospitable & attentive. We ate at Kiapo several times during our stay because it was that good. They serve traditional, yet elevated Filipino dishes. During our stay, there was a tropical storm outside which was hardly noticeable when inside. Our friends stayed there the same weekend and they told us that the hotel had EVERYTHING they needed for them and their toddler. They never had to leave the hotel for anything. My husband and I left a couple times to go to the Mall of Asia which was a 5 minute drive or so away. We were blown away by this epic hotel and recommend it to all of our friends / family. Several of our friends stayed there since and they all agreed that it's a must stay!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! We were upgraded to a king suite with a beautiful view of Manila Bay and the pool. Everything about this room was amazing: thr comfy bed, the views, the bathroom, and especially the soaking tub! The room was already really high tech. There are a couple iPad where you can control the lights and tvs. Aside from the rooms, the service was really great here. All the associates were so welcoming and helpful if we had any questions. The hotel is also a casino and mall. It is a massive hotel so you might get lost. After a few hours of walking around, you kinda get used to getting around though and even if you're lost, the associates are everywhere to help. Overall an amazing hotel and I highly recommend coming here!

Hands down one of the best hotels to stay in Manila. Okada delivers world class service and amenities. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It has shopping at your fingertips with major US Brands, it has a casino and a lot of restaurants to choose from offering different cuisines and reasonably priced considering this is a 5-star hotel. The hotel lobby has a wow factor! The rooms are very spacious and clean and you have options on the type of view you prefer. I got the fountain view so at night I had the luxury of watching the fountain show! It's beautiful view! The room I had has a huge tub with jet sprays, large bathroom with separate shower and toilet. The room is huge with nice sitting area. It has a coffee bar, a foyer and it has a walk in closet. When you get to your room, surround sound is on and it smelled so clean. The Tv, curtain and surround sound is controlled by an iPad. Your iPad is personalized and you can order room service at your fingertips. This hotel thought about client experience and in my opinion surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to indulge in world class luxury!

Expensive lol but so worth it! They upgraded us because our room was booked. Only problem was the upgrade was for a smoking room. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be but what made me happy was they offered options to help remove the odor during our stay. Overall, I was very happy with our upgrade lol I mean, they moved us to one of the best rooms lol The shops were awesome and surprisingly were priced fairly as much as the stuff in the states. I ended up getting my fiancé a new style of a gshock watch for $124. Many options for shopping. I didn't spend a lot of time in the casino but obviously it's a casino and it has many areas to gamble. Many options for food places, but it was also pricey at many of the restaurants. You could tell many people agreed because jollibee had the longest lines LOL Be warned that this place had major security. Like they double scan you when you enter and pre scan your car/cab before you enter the area. It's like a mini Las Vegas in Manila. I would definitely like to stay here again...once I become a millionaire though. I throughly enjoyed it with my fiancé and I can say they made my fast few days in Manila so wonderful!

Title: Exceptional 60th Birthday Stay with Top-Notch Service…read moreI seldom write reviews, but when I do, it's because I want to share a truly honest experience. When I vacation, I plan ahead and prefer staying in 4 to 5-star hotels. I don't mind spending money as long as the experience is worth it--that's the whole point of a vacation! From the moment I stepped out of my car, the service was extraordinary. Everyone, from the concierge to the front desk and the restaurant staff where I celebrated my birthday, was incredibly polite and accommodating. Most importantly, the hotel was spotless. I was initially worried because it's a casino hotel and I feared it would be smoky (which is a concern for my asthmatic child), but it was very fresh. The brunch buffet at Fresh was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. You truly get what you pay for. A special thank you to Ms. Valdez for assisting with my booking all the way from California! Regarding security and safety: after lunch, we checked in and headed to the pool to relax and watch the Manila Bay sunset. I was impressed to see lifeguards everywhere. I even overheard a child asking to remove her life vest because she felt she was tall enough, but the lifeguard asked, "Can you swim?" When she said no, the lifeguard firmly said, "No." Seeing that level of responsibility made me feel so much more comfortable leaving my kids in the pool area. The room itself was a sanctuary. The bedding was high-quality, and despite the hotel being busy, the soundproofing was excellent--I couldn't hear any noise from the casino floor or the hallways. For a parent with an asthmatic child, I also noticed the AC filters were well-maintained; there wasn't a hint of dust or that old hotel' smell. It sad to say they beat Caesar Palace Las Vegas . The location is perfect for those who want to be near the airport without feeling like they are in a 'transit' hotel. Being right by Manila Bay gives you those world-class sunset views that you just can't get anywhere else in the city. It felt like a true resort getaway in the middle of the metro. Check-out was seamless. They offered various transportation options, from a private limousine to Grab services for the airport. Thank you to Ms. Pam and Ms. Marge for the excellent customer service. They truly made this vacation stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel! 100 percent will come back again!

They also offered Passport Hot Stamping at the Louis Vuitton store, which I took advantage of. The resort, hotel and mall staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making me very comfortable.

There was a live music band entertaining the masses at the time we came. Let's talk about arrivals first. The immigration line for foreign passport is always dreadfully long. You just have to pray and hope that your flight doesn't land at the same time as other international flights and isn't close to lunch time (otherwise there may be less counters open due to staff taking lunch break). On average, it takes around 20-30 minutes to get through immigration. And then if you don't have a priority baggage tag, it can take an additional 20 minutes of waiting on top. Luggage takes way too long to come out, and you'd think for an international airport, they'd have it down to a tee. Unfortunately in Manila, efficiency doesn't quite fall in their vocabulary. As for international departures, you definitely need to budget arriving at the airport at least 2.5 hours prior to your flight. The queues for immigration and security are a true gamble. You can breeze through in maybe less than 20 minutes if there is barely a queue, or that it will take over 45 minutes if there are too many departures at the same time and not enough staff at the counters. There are a few dining outlets at the airport, but nothing too outstanding. You're better off bringing your own snacks over paying for overpriced food at the gate area.

As busy as it is, the airport is organized, and a lot of airport staff around the area to help every passenger in need. Arriving was a breeze. Everything was fast, got my luggage without any problem. Departing was a different story. I suggest you should be at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight because it is one of the busiest domestic and international airport, so there are long lines to check in, go through TSA and all that. There was another line to go through security checkpoint to enter my gate. Overall I am just happy to be home and I do not mind to go through all of these again in my next trips. Aside from the long lines, everything else was hassle free. Check it out!

Stayed here back in Feb. 2022 and we liked it then so we decided to stay again for our Philippines…read moretrip. This time we stayed 2 nights before we had to catch another flight, we stayed at the older tower which was a bummer since we loved the newer tower last time. Staff was still the same, friendly and helpful like last time. We had clothes laundered and was delivered same day. We also tried the room service which was delivered within 40 minutes I think. The older tower has older plugs so be aware of that, I did borrow a transformer/converter for my hair straightener which worked perfectly. Overall, would stay again but I would probably request to be in the newer tower.

Manila Marriott Hotel - Manila Philippines…read more What a Great Hotel!!!! The hospitality the staff displayed is unmatched, everyone you encountered greeted you and provided service with a smile. They really make you feel that your comfort and satisfaction is important to them. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well maintained. The amenities include a full gym, outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, executive suite (a quiet place to eat and snack throughout the day), in house spa and full bar that offers snacks and food throughout the day. The food is amazing... the breakfast buffet has so many varieties of fresh, hot dishes to choose from, all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables. I will admit that I tasted as many pastries as I possibly could and loved everyone!!! Although the property is outstanding it's the people... the staff really makes this a special place. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the Philippines!!!

Review based on the room…read more Very clean and beautiful modern design. We had a 4 month old baby and had no issues to get a crib. Incredibly strong AC kept the room cold all night. Complimentary bottles of water and sodas in the fridge. Room service took about 30-40 minutes considering we ordered at 950 at night. I believe the kitchen is open 24 hours but the item availability changes late into the night Express check out allows you to simply drop off your key card in the deposit box at the front desk. C Only qualm i have of the room was that the hot water doesn't get very hot in temperature despite being set to the hottest setting. Will it stop me from coming back? Undoubtedly no because Hyatt always seems to deliver and the temperature of the water was tolerable for our 1 night stay.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Parañaque, and there were positives and negatives:…read more Positives: Beverly, Joel & Marc took awesome care of us on the Regency Club 7th Floor. Joel checked us in and was a bartender in the lounge at night; The bellman Kyle went above and beyond. There were 4 of us, and he delivered 8 large bags/luggages of pasalubong to mija's room; Big room w/ nice bathroom that had marble like tiles to the ceiling; Complimentary snacks, soft drinks and toothbrushes, et al in the room; Casino adjacent; Negatives: Spotty wifi; No rubber mat for marble type shower floors. Its slippery; One small ass tube of lotion for 2 people. They should have a lotion dispenser w/ a holder similar to the liquids in the shower; In Dec 2024, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC. Although the Regency is smaller vs the Grand, it is no less lively. The clientele seemed to mostly be locals, some of whom enjoy going to a casino. I like this property bc it is closer to MNL vs the Grand.

Occasionally, some of their rates have a bundle with 1 bag of popcorn included per person. The lazy boy seats are the bomb, but I don't often watch in that cinema because of the high price (about PHP500). Nevertheless, the seats in regular cinemas are comfy. Snack booth has a lot of good choices: popcorn, drinks, sweets. The cinema has nearby dining areas in the Newport Mall so it was good for my family to spend our weekend here. I'd definitely recommend this to spontaneous movie night outs especially that it has late night screenings :)

First I order a double Jack & Coke then she bring a shirt glass full of coke and something that's not Jack to say the least but could barely taste anyhow. I then reminded her it was a double she again told me it was. Then I said please grab another double and only on ice. She comes back with another glass barely a finger up and I taste it directly. Told her flat out it's NOT Jack Daniels! She then sorry again walks to bar I'm watching like a eagle and the bartender grabs a new bottle of JD pops the pour spout on it and then she walks over shows me and says see yours came from this bottle... How dare she I said I'd seen them just open it and how could "four shots" be pored from a full bottle! I learned being a foreigner in the Philippines just say screw it not worth the argument with them. Bottom line I paid 1464PHP (1500 as I was to annoyed by blatant lies) to wait for my change. Horrible horrible horrible con game. ((I believe 240 was for some nachos))
