Terrible service. Came in to ask about some services and one of the workers dismissed it and said they don't do that here which is fine but it's the rude attitude anyways hope they have a terrible weekend!! And anyone reading this, pls go somewhere else LOL read more

Our friend recommended this auto repair shop so we took our car here due to a check engine light. Mr. Huy conducted a diagnostic and replaced the air flow sensor. That resolved the check engine light and now my car is running smoothly. Mr. Huy was nice and honest. Thank you! read more

Great place to repair your out of warranty cars. Very honest and reasonable rates! I bring all my cars here.

When you experience car problems it can get pretty pricey & finding a good mechanic can be pretty difficult these days. Through some recommendations, I started going to Ok Auto Repair & I've never looked anywhere else since for car maintenance needs! What I like about Ok Auto Repair. -No Frills, only highlights what's necessary to fix. -Helps you understand regular maintenance that prevents future car failures/breakdowns & overall take care of your car. -Very efficient with maintenance timing, generally pretty accurate ETAs. -Prices are very reasonable/competitive for regular maintenance & big milestone fixes (100K mileage, etc). -While you wait you can explore Little Saigon, use the wifi, grab a quick bite. Generally I'll bring cash to help small businesses avoid many of the crazy seller fees these days! Super appreciative for all the help with maintenance & car fixes over years from Ok Auto Repair, & I'll be coming here for the years to come! read more

Ok Auto Repair in my opinion ... is honest and trustworthy. They are professional and transparent as to your issues or non issues whether certain things need to be fixed or not. Their prices are extremely fair at times even underpriced was my thought!!! And I believe it is family owned because I see how everyone is very helpful towards each other and work together to expedite my visits. So I'm in and I'm out!!! I'd rather bring my cars here than to the dealerships' Service Centers to be honest. Thanks OK Auto Repair!!! read more

I think this is owned by a family or family members help each other out. My catalytic convertor was recently stolen by someone who feels good about stealing them from the innocent. Customer service was great as they always picked up my phone calls and answered every question. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating of my needs or requests, and they provide advice randomly. Super quick to order parts and repair also. I drove my car for two days so I know the repair service is great. Thank you! I appreciate your help and service, Ok Auto Repair! read more

Great experience! I was nervous looking for an auto repair spot. Glad I found this place. Super nice, affordable and honest!!!

I've been coming here for years. I trust them! They are super honest about what you need done, realistic about prices, and, honestly, just kind people to talk to during your wait. This place has a space for you to wait with a bunch of magazines and even free wifi. Really, I love it here and would recommend it if you're looking for a place to get car services. read more

I used to take my cars to the dealerships or major tire/ mechanic chain stores for peace of mind. Oftentimes, they would "up sell" or find something else wrong with the cars. I know I was paying more but I didn't mind as long as I was being treated fairly. I was not... Example, the new installed brake pads that leave dust and make noise (cheap parts)... The last draw was when they told me the wrong parts came in and asked me to come back the next day. I finally asked around and got a recommendation to take my car here, OK Auto Repair. Because it's a small "mom and pop" store, I didn't expect much. My first impression was... wow. The shop is clean and tidy. It's conveniently located near the Asian mall. You can go explore, shop, or get a bite while waiting. The mechanics are all in clean uniforms with name tags. They even tuck their shirt in. I got someone attention right away. He asked me what I needed and got right on the phone to order parts. The job was done right and on time. Long story short, I've already been back as a happy customer. Their prices are very reasonable. The quoted price is what you pay. They don't try to squeeze in tax or credit card fees. I have found a shop that offers the best of both world. The clean facility, great customer service, and very reasonable prices. There's just one thing I would change about the shop if they asked me. The shop should be called The Best Auto Repair. I guess modesty is their thing and I'm OK with that:). read more

Been coming here for years and the work is always honest and affordable. Donny always goes above and beyond.

Really great, friendly service!! Found a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Luckily I found Ok Auto Repair, conveniently located next to Phước Lọc Thọ. They worked on my car immediately and was done within 15-20 minutes. Not only did they patch my tire, but they were also nice to check my other tires and filled their air pressure. Price was fair and way better than the dealership. read more

Came here for a long-needed axle job because my CV boots decided it was time to fail (they wanted retirement). So I called in on Tuesday morning and asked the receptionist for a quote. She just said to come in and we'll take a look at everything. So i brought my car in, they promptly took a look at it and said yea you need your axles replaced. I decided to have the job done on the spot cause I won't have time the next day to wait for a repair. They brought my car in and I can see them working from the waiting room as I'm typing this. They know what they're doing and they give you all the info you need to know. Definitely will take my car back here for future check-ups. Nothing beats reliable mechanics who know their work and an honest repair shop. read more

I have been going to OK Auto for years. Best mechanic I have ever used. Donnie is great. Vivian and her husband are nice, honest people. It's hard to find honest mechanics now days. Brought my 96 Lexus ES 300 for the first time. Car was idling very badly and was in need of new spark plugs and wires. Danin looked the car over very carefully and suggested a new radiator hose and a few other items. Before starting the work he called me with an exact price quote for all the work involved. He and Vivian were very nice and my car runs like "brand new" now. If you need work on your car and want to be treated in a "First Class" manner, this is the place to go. Very appreciative. i will tell all my friends Paul read more

In this Vietnamese ethnic concentration with Vietnamese auto repair shops everywhere, the competition for customers is quite high. The prices are generally similar across many shops. Although the employees at the this are nice and friendly, the owner is not. When he gave me the bill, he said, "Oh look I give you a discount because I'm not charging you for taxes." I looked at the bill and I see that the tax is $22.44 ...."what about this tax?" I asked. "Oh no, no tax" he insisted. That's a lie. Labor cost was supposed to be $80, which he quoted when I came in. Then he charged me $120 total for additional minor labor. LIES. Be careful about how much you're charged. He might lie about his quotes. Even though the final prices are in the range of what other places in the area would charge me, I don't like the fact that he tried to appear to be a nice guy when in fact he's lying. read more

Honest mechanic, reasonable price. However, the shop is not cleaned -;)(typically a car repair shop)

My sister referred to O.K auto repair, and it was good I took her advice I mean this place gave me the best customer service specially about my car! I mean they took care of what I need to get done with my car which it was MAJOR Tune up! they explain what I need to get done and also they use original parts for you car, price wise I mean WOW they have the best deal!
