Top notch service. Everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Willing to answer my stupid questions about things and explain them so patiently. Made sure everything was on the up and up and I double checked the work myself when I got home and everything was flawless. Didn't over torque the drain plug. Didn't destroy the o-ring seal in the oil filter reinstall. Most importantly, aren't overcharging like they're trying to pay for their retirement in this one oil change. Phenomenal service from people that know their craft and truly seem to care about the customer experience. I'm even technically inclined, have the tools and capability to do my own oil change. I went to get a regular oil change, but the manager was mad that I didn't want to get synthetic oil for $65. He said that he wasn't responsible if anything happens to my engine because I didn't go with synthetic oil I have a 2014 Ford Escape, so I do not need synthetic oil. The next morning, my engine light turned on, so I went back there. It turns out they left something loose. I don't recommend this place. The manager was rude for no reason, although everyone else was fine. 0/10 read more

I've been to the Oil Exchange quite a few times. I love this place because it's a quick in and out and I don't even have to get out of the car. The employees are personal, prompt, and efficient. I like that they have a screen so I can watch the work going on under my car. There is always an employee above and an employee below, which speeds up the process. The last time I was here, they offered me a bottled water. No water this time, which would have been nice since I was so thirsty. It's just one of those personal touches that makes you feel appreciated. The prices here are very reasonable and the service is quick and convenient. read more

Ended up here after getting frustrated trying to get basic services from the car dealership and I wasn't really expecting to write a review for an oil change place, but here I am! Their pricing was completely fair, but most importantly the service was fantastic. This is the first time I've gone to an oil change from a place like this where I didn't feel like they were pressuring me to pay for things I didn't need (air filters, windshield wipers, transmission fluid, etc). The guys were super chill and told me I did need my air filter changed, but they were all out so he gave directions to the closest auto parts store and said he'd change it out for me for free. Then my partner who was with me at the time went back a few hours later to get her oil changed as well and they remembered her and were just as nice! Honestly if the oil changes from the dealership weren't free I'd come here every time, but the next time I have trouble scheduling with them I'll be right back here! read more

This is the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. I was stranded near this service center and the owner personally came and helped me push my car into his shop. Not only did he find the problem but he fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge me that much! He could've totally took advantage of the situation and charged me more but he didn't and for that I will forever be a grateful and loyal customer. This place is my go to for all my oil change needs. I would really like to give a huge shout out to both Henry and Nick, for helping me out during the November deep freeze that we just experienced. I went in to complain about a broken wiper blade. Henry was quick and efficient in explaining what went wrong. Since I had purchased the blade from them, Henry said that would replace it at no charge. I was super excited and grateful only to find that after the blade was changed, I couldn't get the wiper fluid to spray from my car. I was afraid that perhaps it was something wrong with the electrical hook up. Henry quickly diagnosed the problem as a "frozen line", and immediately set about defrosting the line and removing the old fluid to replace it with a "Winterized" fluid. After a while Nick was able to clear the line and unfreeze the motor allowing the windshield fluid to flow freely. While I was happy and pleased at the results, I was blown away once I realized the time. The store closed at 6:30, and when I left it was 5 minutes to 7. Not only did they help me out, but the stayed over without any complaint just to make sure I could see out of my windows. Seeing as my windshield wiper fluid was not my original problem, I sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. Like I said, this is where I go to for my oil change needs but I am truly glad that they are willing to go the extra mile for more than just oil changes. Thanks again guys. Went in there with my 2013 Dodge Dart asked if the $20 dollar oil change would apply to my car the said yes and I pulled in after they drained my oil they informed me that it takes 20w 40 synthetic oil and that wasn't covered under that special. They said I could just put regular oil but that would void my manufactures warranty. They are doing this on purpose just to get you in the door and leaving you no choice but to pay almost $65 because there is no oil in your car! read more
