This place rocks. My go to spot for oil changes. It's affordable, they put air in your tires, add coolant/water to your radiator reserve if needed. The staff is professional, friendly and fast. read more

I have attempted several to take corporate fleet vehicles to Oil Changers on Grand. They often say their fleet vehicle computer system is down and they cannot submit billing. It is frustrating because one time I was told by an employee there that "system down" is an excuse for not knowing how to process fleet vehicles billing. On a recent occasion of "system down" I opted for the Oil Changers on Park Blvd and it was a complete opposite experience. The Park Blvd location is more organized and put together. The employees all seem professional and knowledgeable. There certainly was not the excuse of their fleet vehicles system being down. My recommendation is to avoid the Oil Changers location on Grand and instead go to the Oil Changers on Park Bkvd. read more

Always good service. Fast prompt and reliable. Grand Ave guys are very good no bull just tells you what is needed and when

Jeremaya went above and beyond to help out and was detail oriented when explaining any other services I needed.

THey are quick, friendly, and easy to work with. I've come here a few times now, and every time they've been fantastic. Not sure if I get lucky every time or if that's how all the staff are. They tell me what I need and I feel confident when I leave. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change. They always have some discounts too available. Ask for it or look it up online. This is for sure worth every penny as it keeps my car running smooth. read more

Very fast service, very kind workers, didnt talk to me like an idiot or try to aggressively upsell me on anything like a normal oil change place. definitely would come again. read more

I came back to add oil (free within the first three months or within 3000 miles of the last oil change), and the process went so smoothly. I also have to give a special shout out to the people providing the service. Not only did they check my oil levels, they also did a quick check of the other parts of my car, and also ended their check by giving my windows a thorough cleaning. Always excellent service and definitely worth it to get your oil changed here! read more

I went in for an oil change on my Mini Cooper. It was fairly quick and convenient to drive in and get it done, however, they did a terrible job. A few days after getting my oil changed at Oil Changers, I noticed my Mini Cooper was leaking oil. I ignored it for a week thinking it was a mistake, I mean I just got my oil changed. Eventually, I took my car to a German car auto shop and they notified me that the oil changers used the wrong washer when they changed my oil. They chose a steel washer versus a crush washer, which resulted in a $500 repair and second oil change. For a place that changes oil in different vehicles, I would assume the type of washer they needed was common knowledge. I went there once and don't plan to ever go there again. read more

I usually stay on top of my car maintenance, but a massive commute to the Bay caused me to fall behind. A friend recommended Oil Changers on West Grand Ave, and I'm glad they did! Oil Changers - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Oakland, California

BEWARE - CAR Deliberately Tampered With! Had my VW GTi oil changed and had to ask twice to make sure it was emptied and refilled properly - looked like they didn't want to put much oil in... Anyway, the check oil light would not go off afterwards - first time that has ever happened. A pleasant female employee and I spent 15mins on YouTube trying to figure out how to turn it off. The (small/older) manager (see photo) incorrectly mistook our interaction as me harassing the employee and wanted me to leave regardless of the light still on. I became annoyed after he didn't understand or want to listen that we were just trying to figure it out together and that I didn't want to leave until everything was fine as I was about to go on a road trip. Next thing I know, the manager is underneath my car "checking" it and preventing me from driving off as the situation was escalating unnecessarily. For several weeks later the car did not handle properly and increasingly swayed left and right a good foot. After twice taking it in to be looked at, it wasn't until a very helpful mechanic at the second shop quickly realized the front control arms were extremely loose and highly unusual on a new car. He tightened the bolts for free and the car drove great again. The manager of Oil Changers had loosened the bolts which could have easily caused a terrible accident! Sounds wild but 100% TRUE! or I wouldn't be writing this shameful review. read more

Came in here for an oil change 1-2 months ago. Recently I did an inspection under my car, and I found oil drop on the oil filter housing. For over 100 buc for a full synthetic oil change I expected better. My Atec professor said if the drip is not too bad, I could wait until the next oil change to have it deal with. read more

Larry is the sweetest! Also very knowledgeable. I recommend this oil changer location for anybody.

been visiting this location for years great service always fast and efficient. always clean and neat

I don't take my baby mama Honda anywhere else for oil changes. I appreciate oil changers for the top quality service and efficiency. They are super quick with it. No matter what location I go too. They are always fast and get me in & out. I usually never have a line to wait in, but sometimes I get unlucky. This time we had to wait but for only 5 maybe 10 minutes. Not bad at all. The lady who helped service us was very informative & nice, her name was Resheema! She was new in training but definitely knew what she was doing! She asked how our day was and even told us to have a blessed one before driving off. That was much appreciated! It's people like her that make the customer service world great! Thanks for your service! I'd definitely be back to this location for my next oil change! Don't forget to check in! Everytime you check in you get $5-10 off your oil change! read more
