I called around before going, and everywhere else was quoting me anywhere from $60 to $80+. Carlos knows exactly what he's doing, which is why this place constantly has 5-star reviews. Service advisors - i think sometimes they have a time and place - but it can be frustrating not being able to speak with the mechanic directly. To get simple wants or needs to the ears of the mechanic can become a game of telephone. Only odd thing I noticed is that you enter through a gas station which can be hard to find. Since they were closing soon, the front desk person mentioned I could leave the flat tire there overnight and pick it up in the morning around 10am (an hour after they open); otherwise if I came back in the morning, I might have to wait up to 1.5 hours before getting it fixed. Drop off was seamless and they told me they would give me a call when the tire was ready. The next morning around 10am, I hadn't received a call yet so I gave them a call to which I was told that the tire would be done in 20-30 mins and that they would give me a call then. 1 hour passes by and I still haven't received a call yet, so at this point, I drive to the shop with the intention of grabbing my tire, finished or not, since they had continuously told me that they would be done with it soon. When I arrive, I see my tire leaned up against the front window to which I later am told that it is my tire. I ask if any call was made because I didn't receive one notifying that my tire was done, which they said no to. I was a bit baffled by this type of service as it took me going to the shop in person to find out that they were done fixing my tire.
