The finance guy wasn't super-aggressive trying to get you to buy things you don't want like tire plans, warranty etc...It' a business and they are going to ask. But a lot of dealers can be super annoying with this and keep pressing you to purchase something extra after you decline the offer. Those are the things that I find detract from the buying experience and process so I found the experience more pleasant than normal. No complaints.

I wasted 2 hours of driving to get there and back home. I also believe that the car was never available in the first place. It is still listed on their website and actually has a lower price today than it did yesterday. They have a chat feature on their website, but all the agent can do is get your contact information and send it to their sales staff so they can call you.
