I had a short wait time as there were a few cars ahead of me. The employees were super friendly. After getting in the bay the process was less than 10 minutes and I had my certificate and I was on my way. Super easy. Just be prepared, you do have to get out of your car for a few minutes while they run the test. I loved the ease of the process and the fact that I didn't need an appointment just pulled in they input the car info, ran the test and off I went.

Since we are in an odd year, 2025 and my vehicle is an odd year vehicle (2017), I was due for testing. I gladly passed the emissions test and I was given a vehicle inspection report. The report is a sheet of paper that explains the completion of the emissions test. I asked if I could make a appointment to at least look at it and he told me it would be a week before I could get it in there. I was very upset by this interaction and my advice to you is if you get this guy on the phone ask for someone else or call back when someone else answers the phone to the guy I talked to sorry I asked you to help me out

So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low. Explains why my sensor came on. Yes I'm one of those women! Anyway I recommend J's oil change.
