How bad is a one star 'not good'? It is poor! Sad to see…read morean organization wearing a AAA badge. They failed the customer service creed! I came in for a tire rotation, a rim leak on one tire as well as two new headlamp bulbs. One was burned out and yes, please replace both and the turn signal bulbs. Strike One. I was told they would not work on the tires as they were too old. But here is a quote for a secondhand brand of tires to replace the Michelin's that have great tread life remaining. They are old. Quote for the secondhand brand over $800 dollars. Onto the headlamps. the "Chevy book" says to takes this long to correctly remove the inner shield under the hood, the wheel well splash guards and the front bumper cover then the lamp bulb. The short cut is to remove the wheel (the one you won't touch because of it' s age) and pull the wheel well splash guard back, reach in and replace the lamp bulb. Time saved of the 'book'! Note: I asked for both bulbs to be replaces knowing I would save myself labor charges and please replace both turn signal bulbs, again to save labor charges in the future. Strike Two. What I got was take the short cut, no tire repairs and a bill for what amounts to two head lamp bulbs for $265.00! The bulbs were listed on the bill for $21.99 each- fair price. Labor $232.39 for the short cut, taxes and shop fees additional. How bad is a single star? 'not good' It is Poor! Shop elsewhere.

Oil change -- $156.16 They couldn't diagnose the convertible top noise, and recommended taking it to the dealership. -- N/C Drivers door proximity sensor PARTS $324.49 The door sensor was ordered and we scheduled another time to bring it in. The service advisor, Robby, had a few recommendations that he called me about before my next appointment. Transmission fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, and crankcase vent valve. Robby told me he only recommended the trans fluid and spark plugs. The other fluids were recommendations and could wait. I agreed. On my second visit they were supposed to install the sun visor, install the door sensor, replace the spark plugs, and service the transmission. I dropped my car off at 7:30am. At 5pm when I went to pick my car up, it wasn't ready. At first it was "sorry" come back tomorrow. Then they offered me a loaner. But I was in a push for time, so I declined and told them I would return the next day. I have an alarm system on my car. It alerted me it had been started and shut off at around 8PM that night. I could only assume the technician was working late on it. So I stopped by around 2PM the next day and gave the technician $200 as a tip to show my appreciation for his extra help. When I picked the car up I signed a paper, paid with my card, and got my keys and left. After I left I looked at the receipt. I thought the price was higher than quoted, and it was... by $700+. They did the brake fluid and crankcase vent valve without my approval. I called and asked what the issue was and was told they would check their phone logs and get back to me because they record the phone calls. 2 weeks later and no response. So I text them and get told I approved the repairs AFTER they were done when I signed the receipt. That signature, according to them, is proof that I approved the repairs. NO! That's proof that I paid for the repairs. I wanted to find a place to get my Audi repaired and maintained and love supporting small shops. I wanted to give them a chance to make me a happy customer. Instead I get told "I am having a hard time understanding how this would be any different than going to a pizza place, ordering a 3 topping pizza, paying for it, signing the receipt, eating it, and then returning saying you actually only wanted one topping."

I bring my car in and my name is not in their database. So I decided to try the Kenwood location. Smooth sailing . So far, this was my second visit to this location for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Both times they did an excellent job. Satisfied that I scheduled an appointment to get my fiancée's car serviced. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on.

Started my day off this morning with a flat tire. The pressure was about 60% of what it should be…read moreadded some air and at the end of my workday it had dropped another 10 psi. So I knew I had a puncture or tear. Took the car to the dealership and they saw a nail in the tire, but said I had to get a whole new tire versus doing a flat repair even though the nail was in a repairable area. They refused to repair it because it is a run flat, even though they had done it in the past. I've gone to tire discounters before I got this new car and always had a pleasant experience. I called the tire discounters at this Kenwood location from the dealership and asked if they could squeeze me in to do a flat repair. Mind it, it was already 5:15 PM and they close at 6 PM so I knew I was asking for a lot. However, the gentleman on the phone was very nice and asked how far I was and when I replied 6 minutes away, he said to come on in. Once I got there, the gentleman inside was very polite and helpful. He reassured me that the tire could be fixed based on the picture I showed him. They took me in right away and confirmed that the tire was repairable. Less than 20 minutes and I was out the door, barely sat down. To top it off, they didn't even charge me anything and had me on my way. This tire discounters location really knows how to lift people up when you are having a bad day since having to fix a flat is inconvenient and just starts your day off in a sad mood. I will definitely be coming back here for any future needs like this. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. You made my day!
