I followed my groomer Chelse to her new location JG Clippendales due to her amazing customer…read moreservice and skillful craft. Unfortunately the place of business was less desirable. It looks like a one room studio apartment. It smells and is dirty full of hair. Due to my allergies I would have to go home and take a shower immediately after picking my dogs up and wipe them down before coming in my house. The parking lots is full of holes and it is on a busy street in a bad part of town. Chelse would make my appointment at the end of the day so my dogs didn't get stressed out from all the noise and close contact to other dogs. I am so happy she left that place and I never have to go back in there again!!!!

However, what was not nice was talking to a gentleman on the phone that made me feel ridiculous in saying I just need my cat's nails trimmed because "cats don't get their nails trimmed that's something they take care of on their own." So if you're looking to get your cat groomed, you may have luck here. But if your cat gets stuck on everything because his/her nails are too long, they will not perform this service for you.

Your Karen has no love for dogs. you arevery rude And now seeing all the opinions onyour page, I am not the only one who thinks thesame. You even threatened to call the Spca forbringing a hairy dog with knots. Think carefullyabout taking your animals to this place.
