It looks like a one room studio apartment. It smells and is dirty full of hair. Due to my allergies I would have to go home and take a shower immediately after picking my dogs up and wipe them down before coming in my house. The parking lots is full of holes and it is on a busy street in a bad part of town. Chelse would make my appointment at the end of the day so my dogs didn't get stressed out from all the noise and close contact to other dogs. I am so happy she left that place and I never have to go back in there again!!!!

It was clear from our thorough conversation before booking that our pup would be in great care. They were understanding of our anxiousness at drop off, and gave us so much info at pickup regarding how she did during her stay (including a very cute report card!) We were so happy with our test boarding at Joyful Dog and feel assured and far less stressed about her next boarding, which will be for a longer stay.
