The only problem with this place is that it wasn't packed. We came on a Saturday night around 6pm…read moreand we were the only ones in there. Ambiance is warm and inviting and we were immediately greeted and sat down. Our waitresses was so sweet and friendly and took time to explain different dishes to us. We ordered the gyoza, shrimp tempura, Beef bulgogi and the chicken ramyun. Every single dish was delicious. Seasoned perfectly and FRESH. Every dish was so flavorful and the spice was fantastic. We spoke with the waitress who said the owner is from Korea and has been a bit down because business has been slow. He is hands on in the kitchen and it absolutely Shows! He takes pride in his food and this place deserves to be packed every night. This spot is definitely a hidden gem and I hope this review helps more people find it.

First night eating here. I was extremely excited to have a Korean eatery near us with a high…read morerating. On arrival I saw 4 posted signs on the door for hiring. Red flag. Basically, it tasted as if the owner is in the back running the line because his cooks left him hanging. Crappily marinated, improperly cooked meat is what we got. Who ever was on the sides and banchan were on it though. They need a raise. Also, clean your restaurant and pick a theme man. Sidenote, having the server come out to tell us without coming out yourself is lame. They apologized many times to say sorry, the owner is in the back and told me to tell you such and such: "You just don't like "our" food. It's supposed to be like that." No, pretty sure it isn't. Your marinade for your meat is not good. The star goes toward your pantry cook. The banchan was not bad, weird lineup but not bad. Why no japchaee, or radish kimchi? Also, that much mayo on steamed broccoli def wasn't my favorite. They really tried to convince us that this is how it's supposed to taste, "What do you mean it tastes sour?" I mean, your marinade has too much vinegar in it. It tastes bad. "What exactly is wrong with the galbi?" It sat in the marinade too long, the meat taste grainy- because of the pear in the marinade- or pineapple juice to each their own. It can basically cook the meat before the meat hits the pan if you leave it in there too long. You would notice this stuff during the plating process- presentations good. But if the foods bad, it's bad no matter how pretty you make it look. We paid the full bill, didn't touch the meat. Pancake was good. Gave 10% to the server, because it wasn't her fault but she didn't help the situation. Forgot to mention as well: a lady and her kids at the table next to us got her meal discounted because of the food. When I asked if it is usually better she said, yes so much better. I'm not sure who is back there but it isn't the normal cook. It's pretty bad tonight. Maybe it was a one off, like everyone has but... the idea that you can try to convince customers that maybe they're wrong and just don't know how Korean food should taste surely did leave a bad taste for us.

The place is always full when we're there, but I haven't encountered a wait for seating yet. The interior is a little more casual than other kbbq places I've been to which makes it good for a less formal meal. The grills can be a little slow, but our servers were attentive and changed out the grill plates often to help with optimal cooking. The buffet offers a good selection of bonchon dishes and some preprepared meat options. Although the preprepared meats are good, they aren't as fresh so I'd highly recommend ordering from the grill menu to get the best quality meats!

I brought it to my waiter attended she at first was confused but then let me know that the steam table on the food wasn't working. So definitely decided to server cold food verses just have hot food in the back of house keeping the food hot and bringing it when requested. I paid $26 with tip to have an experience not worth the price. I was told when I was leaving not satisfied with my experience that the hot food is now hot I was told by the front desk lady!!! I was already there for an hour waiting. So I got screwed over on the experience. Please do better

The only ramen spot in Fort Worth that has authentic, tasty ramen. As a ramen lover and someone…read morewho's been to a lot of ramen places throughout DFW, I must say, Hanabi manages to keep quality up there. It's not my favorite spot, but it's convenient whenever I'm at Fort Worth craving for ramen. I highly recommend this over Wabi House, and certainly over any of the ramen wannabe restaurants throughout Arlington and Euless. The good stuff: whenever I visit, staff was always welcoming, friendly and prompt. Food doesn't take a while to come out, and it's always hot and fresh. Noodles are wavy and thick, and the soup is delicious. Keep in mind their broths taste saltier than other ramen places, but I personally don't mind. The one thing I have qualms with is how they do the meat; the chashu is too chewy for my preferences. Service is always great. I'll be coming back whenever I'm around town.

The ambiance is still great -- nice decor and it's fun being able to see the kitchen in action. Service was also really kind and welcoming. Overall, more of a sentimental spot than a standout ramen place.

2/13/26 - this is the date in which I had the best fried chicken I had ever had. Before writing…read morethis review, I looked at how other people rated the food here. I'm not sure what their experience what, but I'm going to die on this hill that this is some phenomenal, life-changing chicken. I got takeout. Double flavor wings. Gang-jeong. Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and heat. The other flavor was chessling. Again, perfect balance; this time, it was between rich cheesiness and a right amount of sweetness as well. I highly recommend both flavors. Now, this is just about the flavor itself. The meat itself was so tender and juicy. In the most appetizing, and hopefully not weird (but inevitably weird) way to describe it, it's almost as if I just caught the chicken with my bare hands and took a bite out of it. However, instead of getting feathers in my mouth, I was met with the most satisfyingly crispy exterior. What was specifically amazing about it was the fact that you could distinctly taste the tender meat on the inside separate from the crispy crunch on the outside. This was one of those meals where once I was done, I was in a complete coma afterwards. I woke up the next day in my bed about an hour or two before I had to get to work. Even though I was in a short vegetative state, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
