Food: delish! I loved it! Loved their condiments bar and their serving size for the food. You get to try everything without being extremely full! Meats were fresh, veggies were good. Service: great, friendly, attentive Ambiance: the place is spacious, and beautiful inside. Food was good for sure! I hope they upkeep! I'll be back!

Had a fun visit to KPot Korean Hot Pot in Alliance. Nothing was truly amazing, but I enjoyed the experience and had a good time overall. You order from a tablet and the servers will bring it out to your table. I prefer the conveyor belt type of hotpot where you just grab the ingredients from the belt. But either way, this visit was fun and I'm glad to have tried it.

The food was exactly as expected for a hotpot/Korean bbq restaurant. It's always good just a lot of food to eat. The service was good. The waiter was on top of everything for the most part. The interior was nice and appealing to the eye. My only issue and it's a big one is cleanliness.. The moment we sat down it looked like everything from the entire week was just swept into the floor. The table was wiped down like they rushed it leaving scraps of food still on the table and seat. We had to have the waiter re-wipe the area it was so bad. Once we finished the initial cleanliness issue it was so bad. Pricing seemed to be pretty good as well.

Location: Very lively atmosphere with lots going when we visited. Similar to most korean bbq places I have visited. I like the bar being right at the front, facing away from the tables. In case I need a drink while waiting for a table. Service (5/5): We came on a weekday around 6 but were seated right away. Our server was Mikel and he was great as our server. He made the the whole experience seamless by explaining the whole process clearly and always seemed to check up on us at the right time. Thumbs up for the service in general during our visit. Food (4/5): The quality of the food was very good. They have a hot and cold bar that you can walk up to and grab as you please that included things like fried rice, kimchi, and sauces. I didnt try the hotpot so need to go back in try it. Overall, I the location, food, and service and would make this place as my go-to casual spot for some K Bbq.

Tried this new spot as it opened a week ago or so and since I always like checking out new places, and overall it was a pretty decent experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, organized, and had a nice atmosphere. It was extremely busy over the weekend, especially for parties of two, so we did end up waiting close to 30 minutes to get seated, but honestly that wasn't too bad considering how packed it was. The service was okay overall, nothing amazing but nothing terrible either. One thing I did notice was that the appetizer selection was much smaller compared to other K-BBQ places. They mainly had basics like onion rings and fried chicken, so there wasn't a lot of variety. The sesame balls were unfortunately burnt, which was disappointing. The meat and overall dining experience were still enjoyable, but the portions were definitely on the smaller side, so you do have to keep ordering throughout the meal. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. I also wish they had more fruit and side options available.

We came here during the first weekend of their opening. We arrived right when they opened, and although there was already a line, the wait was still pretty reasonable -- a little under 10 minutes. We decided to do both the Kpot and KBBQ, and everything we tried was really good. The Thai Tom Yum broth was especially flavorful and ended up being the favorite for my husband, our friend, and me. Another friend ordered the Szechuan Spicy broth and really liked it as well, though it definitely has more of a kick. For the BBQ, the spicy bulgogi and short ribs were marinated really well and packed with flavor. There's also a great variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other add-ons to choose from, so it's easy to try a little bit of everything. The service was attentive despite how busy they were, and the restaurant itself is huge, clean, and nicely designed. Overall, a great experience, especially considering it was opening weekend.

I don't think we can battle the wait on the weekends, so we decided to try a Thursday night. On my way home, I called to check on the wait. It was about a 20-30 min wait around 6pm; that's not too bad. After gathering the family, we arrived at 7pm, the wait was 45-60 minutes. It escalated quickly since there were 20 different parties waiting. My suggestion is to have someone check in at the front right away while you find parking. They will text you when your table is ready. There's a link provided to check your place in line, so you are in the know in terms of long many minutes left or parties ahead of you. We now have two toddlers, which means having high chairs is imperative. I mean the booth worked out semi-okay, except my son would not sit in his booster seat. My daughter also refused to sit still without the high chair. At some point, I walked around the entire restaurant, and there was maybe one high chair in use. It's possible they have more high chairs elsewhere, but they said they were all occupied. My husband and I ended up having some quick bites here and there. Honestly, there's really no room for high chairs either with them pushing around large carts, the walking path wouldn't accommodate that well either. Needless to say, we didn't get a chance to explore most of the menu. Let's talk food. I'm so glad they had a station that is kid-friendly aka not hot pot or Korean bbq. I was able to grab some fries for my son; they also had fried rice, egg rolls, ice cream, etc. You have the option to choose hot pot and/or Korean BBQ. We opted for both options, but it would probably be better to choose just one to focus on that. I would go for the Korean BBQ grilling option. They have good quality meat. The servers are fast, and there's a limit of two hours. I'll be back, and also hope they have more high chairs or put us in a space that would better accommodate them if we're lucky.

It has some very good points and some bad points. Bad.... Last Saturday the wait was 1 1/2- 2 hours. I ended up going on a weekday at 3:00. Better Idea. The food is labor intensive. You cook your own food, so you alternate cooking and eating. Small kids would require too much cooking effort. The grill you cook on is not hot enough to do a rare or medium rare steak. To do a proper medium rare steak, you need a very hot grill, to singe it properly. It's hard to cook meat and vegetables at the same time. The grill is highest in the center and the outer edges don't cook much. No knives. Scissors. Older people might have trouble ordering off the electronic thingy. Waiters and waitresses are very helpful though. The Margarita was tiny. And shouldn't be for $17. It's messy, because you're always moving food around. Think lots of drips on the table, If you want to impress a date, you might not wear a white shirt. Good... The Bulgogi and chicken are great for the grill. The sliced meat and solid beef pieces don't cook well. Lots of sauces and side orders on a buffet line. Onions, red and green peppers, potatoes, etc. The waiters, waitresses are very good, but they are much needed. Especially on a first visit. It's all you can eat (but a two hour maximum.) Anyone who needs more than 2 hours to eat doesn't deserve to finish. The sauces are very good. Especially the colorful red meat sauce. Servers can mix some up, to make them even better. The Bulgogi and chicken are well seasoned. Desserts are limited but the chocolate and vanilla cake/custard things are much better than other buffet desserts. Conclusion... This is a very long process on a weekend. It's possible to invest 4 hours here. The line is long and the meal takes a while also. Some of the food is very good, especially with sauces. The servers are also very good. I'll go again, but on a weekday mid-afternoon.

We've been twice since my last review. The service and speed was so much better. The spicy chicken bulgogi and the healthy herb hot pot base are my favorites on the menu.

Finally they're open! I've been to a KPOT in Houston before and enjoyed my meal there. I recall them having a pretty good tom yum soup base so I was super excited to hear that they were opening a location so close to home. I even came on opening day which I would never typically do. Sure enough, there was a 2-hr wait so I decided to come back on a different day. Came in for a late lunch yesterday (Friday) and there was not a wait although they were still quite busy. The decor is clean and modern, and I always enjoy natural lighting which came from the big windows in the front. The sauce bar and side items were located in the back. I wish there was more of a separation though, because it seemed like people were coming from all directions and it was a bit chaotic. Or have accessibility on both sides instead of having it against the wall. They give you a menu but ordering was still on an iPad which I prefer to do. I can take my time deciding. They categorize the hot pot items and kbbq items so it's easier to select depending on which dining option you choose. I usually choose one but my sister wanted to try both hot pot and kbbq. Everyone at the table has to order the same options. I personally find it overwhelming when you go for both but it is just $5 more to have both though so there's that. I chose tom yum for my hot pot which is my fave, but I will say I wish theirs had more lemongrass flavor. The spicy level was good, the sour taste was adequate, and I'm glad it wasn't too sweet. It just needed a little more depth. Ingredient options were plenty including many choices for seafood. I have to mention the enoki came out with the roots on them which was quite shocking. Kbbq meats were good enough and the portions were perfect (not too much). I saved the best for last. Izzy was our server and he was amazing. He had us laughing and smiling throughout the whole meal. I recognized him in the IG video and we teased him about it. Starry!! He went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable and it was greatly appreciated. I haven't had this much fun dining out in a while. Definitely will ask for Izzy the next time I come back!

The food was great! We enjoyed the Korean BBQ menu! My favorite was the beef bulgolgi and shrimp. They were jumbo!! Service was great! We had Madi she was so sweet and helpful with the grill! The environment is so lively but still feels private!

This is the only Kpot place in FTW and you better get there soon after opening hours or be prepared to wait for a table. The food was really good, but highly recommend the BBQ steaks over the meats for hot pot. Sunni was our waiter and he was AWESOME. Ambiance is generally kind of quiet outside of the sound of food cooking.

After one failed mission to Sabar BBQ, where I showed up too late and found an empty pit (and an emptier stomach), I came back like a man on a barbecue pilgrimage. The sun was blazing, the line was growing, and I wasn't about to be left holding nothing but a napkin this time. Pitmaster Zain Shafi runs this blue trailer like a flavor command center. The smell hit me halfway through the line and had me grinning like a kid at the state fair. I made my move when it was my turn, and if you know me, you know lamb is my kryptonite. I ordered the Sichuan Lamb Ribs, then couldn't stop myself from adding brisket and Tandoori Turkey. The sides? Kachumber Salad and Daal Chawaal, because even Uncle Sean needs balance in life. Zain loaded everything up, tossed it all on top of some naan for good measure, and sent me to my table like a champion headed to the winner's circle. The first bite of lamb ribs nearly had me proposing to the pit. Spicy, tender, smoky perfection with a bark that made my heart sing. The brisket was rich and juicy, the turkey came with that tandoori kick that slapped me awake in the best way possible. The sauces just tied the whole thing together like a big barbecue hug. The yogurt mint cilantro sauce was made to cool and lift the brisket and turkey to a whole new level. The red sauce packed a punch and paired with the lamb like it was born for the job. I boxed up some leftovers for my wife, the Side Dish Queen herself, because a man who doesn't bring home naan from Sabar BBQ is a man sleeping on the couch. The tortillas come out crispy with that perfect little cheese crust, and the meat is super tender and packed with flavor. You can tell they put some real time into cooking it right. The best part is dipping the tacos in the consommé. That broth is rich and smoky and just takes the whole taco to another level. It's messy, but that's how you know it's good. If you're anywhere near Arlington and like birria tacos, you definitely need to try these. I'll 100% be back next time the craving hits.

Nice small food park in Dalworthington Gardens/Central Arlington…read more I just happened by on a Monday but the trucks were in hibernation mode. I came back on early Saturday evening after a nice cooling rain. It was pleasantly not crowded. I got a couple of empanadas from one truck and a couple of smash burgers from another. Both items were delicious. When I go back, I want to try something from the hibachi grill. I got an Oakcliff smashburger and my son enjoyed a Dallas. We loved our burgers. You could tell they were made fresh with chunks of avocado and bacon for me! The empanadas were good if a bit small. The dough pocket could have been premade, so I'll have to try something else from that food truck. That's the beauty and draw of a food truck park as pi your able to try have what you want and still eat together! I hope people come out and give this place a try. Come check it out, they got something for nearly everybody!

Their arepas are absolutely unreal: crispy on the outside, perfectly soft inside, and packed with incredible flavor. The food park has a great vibe, tons of variety, and the location in Arlington is super central and easy to get to. I've been here with family, with friends, on my own -- always a great experience. If you're looking for Venezuelan food in Arlington or the best arepas in the DFW area, you HAVE to find Autana at Ghost Food Park. Don't miss it!
