Oh Bloom Gyn is a welcoming women's health clinic tucked away in the heart of Tustin. The office is warm, clean, inviting, and beautifully updated. One of my favorite details is the wall of photos of Dr. Tran-Kim with babies she has delivered, arranged into a heart. I was told they update the photos and change the display into a Christmas tree during the holidays, which I thought was such a cute and personal touch. Dr. Tran-Kim, the founder and primary physician, is incredible. She talks about wanting her patients to be "healthy inside and feel beautiful outside," and I think that really comes through in the practice. I've never felt rushed during my visits. She takes the time to answer questions, explain treatment options, and make sure you actually understand your care. Something I really appreciate about Dr. Tran-Kim is that even though she owns and runs the clinic, she is still actively practicing as an OB/GYN. She continues to deliver her own patients and perform surgeries. I really like that because there's something reassuring about having an OB/GYN who follows through with your care. If I were pregnant, I would personally love knowing that the doctor I built a relationship with would also be the one caring for me during delivery, rather than having to wonder who might ultimately be on call. I personally like that they offer aesthetic and wellness options alongside traditional women's health care. I know that may not be for everyone, but if I ever decided to have an aesthetic treatment, I would much rather have it done through a health practice where I can actually see the doctor and have the treatment backed by medical knowledge and oversight. I appreciate being able to hear directly from a physician about treatments and what they recommend rather than going somewhere that is strictly focused on cosmetics. I've noticed there's really something here for women at different stages of life, whether you're coming in for routine gynecologic care, pregnancy, postpartum care, or are interested in some of the wellness or aesthetic options. For me, what stood out most is that the practice still feels personal. Dr. Tran-Kim isn't just running the clinic; she still sees patients, delivers babies, performs surgeries, and takes the time to actually talk to people. I came in for a routine check up after getting my iud placed. They said something was wrong so they swabbed for an std test even though I booked a full panel std test at a different location the same week bc of pricing. The results came in a week later, and while the std tests came back negative, Dr. Tran claimed I needed antibiotics for BV. Thankfully they included the lab test results and after giving the results to two other doctors for a second opinion it became clear that Oh Bloom Gyn had lied about my test results. I first saw Dr. Tran-Kim on September 10, 2025, for pelvic pain. She performed a manual pelvic examination and advised me to return in a month for a Pap smear. On October 8, 2025, during my follow-up visit, Dr. Tran-Kim told me that my biopsy result showed "normal to severe," meaning I had precancerous cells, and that I needed surgery. I was shocked, as I had not experienced any symptoms and my last Pap smear was only two years ago. When I mentioned that I believed I was scheduled for a Pap smear that day, she said it wasn't necessary because she had already done "something higher up." She then performed another manual pelvic exam "to confirm," and afterward told me that "it looked alright this time," asking me to return the following week. Before leaving, I requested copies of my pathology and biopsy records. The staff told me they needed the doctor's signature before releasing them and would email them once signed. Shortly after, Dr. Tran-Kim called me into a private room and said that my Pap "looked okay" (even though the result was not yet available) and that surgery was not necessary because my biopsy was mild. I was confused as to how her diagnosis had changed again within the same hour. I asked firmly if I could still have my biopsy report, but she said she had "closed it up already." I told her to please send it to me. I also submitted written requests through both email and the patient portal that same day. On October 9, I called the office to follow up and was told that Dr. Tran-Kim had not yet signed the records and would not return until Monday, so I should expect them then. On October 13, I again requested my records via the patient portal. The office called back, asking if I could meet with the doctor because "she wanted to explain it to me," but I declined and asked that the records simply be sent. I already had another appointment scheduled for October 15 and just wanted access to my records. The staff said they would send them the next day. On October 14, having still received nothing, I asked my PCP's office to directly request my records. That afternoon, when I called Dr. Tran-Kim's office again, the staff informed me that I never had a biopsy done in their office. They said the doctor had only performed an abdominal pelvic exam on September 10 and a Pap smear on October 8, and that my Pap result was still pending. Based on that information, I canceled my October 15 appointment. This contradiction suggests a possible medical record mix-up or misdiagnosis, which has caused me significant confusion and distress. My experience with this office has been deeply concerning. Dr. Diana Tran-Kim's office has never acknowledged what caused the misdiagnosis. Their repeated delays, lack of transparency, and refusal to provide timely records are unacceptable. I will be looking for a new OB-GYN. read more

I saw Dr. Diana Tran-Kim as my OB for my first pregnancy, and more or less, did not think this was a good clinic. Pros: Why you'd want to go? If you plan to have a c-section exclusively and get aesthetic treatments after. Cons: After going several times, I realized this office can be disengenuous, and felt like they wanted your money more than the care. The care provided felt fake. You can tell by how bougie they look. They promote a lot of superficial services like body sculpting after pregnancy, vitamin shots, etc. You get charged for everything. And the front office doesn't always let you know this until you get sent a bill in the mail. They also would do everything they can to keep you in office, including trying to get you to schedule exclusively with their ultrasound technician, who is only there on Tuesdays. For my last ultrasound, instead of being flexible and scheduling me earlier or recommending another place for imaging, the front desk made me wait 2 weeks out for the next available appointment. By then, the tech said my baby was breech. I'm new to babies and didn't realize what that meant. I thought it meant there was time to flip him and that they would talk to me about ways to unbreech him. They otherwise just told me he was breech and did not elaborate. They also scheduled me with the nurse practitioner who also had trainees look at me without talking to me first. You can only ask so many questions. NP didn't mention anything about what a breech baby meant. Fast forward two weeks at 38 weeks. I see the doctor and she says, baby is breech and almost immediately wants to schedule a c-section. Like, whoa, I researched online and some articles say the doctor typically tells you these things starting week 30 give or take. But they went straight to the c-section. Honestly, I'm upset this was brought up so late into the pregnancy, as it could have given me more preparation time... Even mentally would have liked to have been prepared. Here, I only had two weeks to figure it out, and did not even know you had to do it before week 39..! I wasn't going to jeopardize the health of my baby and the surmounting stress of delivering so we went ahead with the scheduled C-section. But they don't care about what your outcomes are, they only care about the money. And it's really obviously that a big surgically procedure is going to pay them out way more than a natural delivery. The doctor did everything she could to convince me how good the surgery was going to be. I told her my concerns, and my biggest was the recovery that is needed with any surgery takes time. It really felt like my concerns were brushed under the rug. Also, if I wanted her to answer questions, I needed to take my partner with me, otherwise, the doctor rushed me out the door. Their office also sucks at communication. I should have taken the first red flag when I was billed for gender testing, but they chose an out-of-network lab. Not only that, they didn't tell me it was out of network. I still had to pay. And the biggest issue came when they filled out the pfml paperwork and for my work, and I had my pfml time reduced despite having a c-section. Knowing they will probably just charge me again, I didn't bother, and made sure that my time in their office after delivery was done. Months later, I'm still billed, for the hospital procedure, and other than the surgery, doctor literally only looked at me for like 5 minutes and I'm being billed, $1000+. On top of that, they upsold a silicone strip that's literally only 6 inches, and it's $80; newsflash, me: it's a fraction of the price online. RIP. I ended up calling their office one last time to close any outstanding bills, and I really wanted to laugh in their face when the admin said if I don't I wouldn't be able to come back. LOL! The assumption that I cared enough to do that. I just care about my credit score. I'm not coming back ever. Overall, I don't recommend this office for lack of sincere service, and very bad communication. For something so big like a pregnancy, I'm really disappointed and I really want to kick myself for screening this office better, and went somewhere else. This office just happened to be in the right area and the hospital that I wanted, but could have just chosen just about anybody else. read more

Nurse Camilla did two different procedures and was so good. What was previously a painful procedure at other places, was not at all with her. I was in the office today and there was a electricity outage, although it was a unforeseen circumstance the front desk and manager escorted everyone out in a professional and timely manner. They managed to get us all rescheduled asap. I received a call back less than two hours saying to come back and be seen. I am so thankful I was able to be seen still!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. Every time i've came in for an appointment there is weirdly something wrong every time! Came for bloodwork they didn't notify me until I was parking that the person to draw blood was not there. I go to review ultrasound results the power is completely out. Then they are extremely rude and not helpful. The staff is a mess and there is no organization at all! Some staff tell me to pull up my results and they will tell me. Then the next lady tells me I need to get out that I can't be in there building. I understand they can be liable however she was extremely rude and disrespectful. There is no organization at all. Front desk staff again the are most rudest people I have ever met. I came to the OB with high hopes of a great experience. But all i've had here are horrible experiences. DO NOT go here. My partner was treated abysmally by your office manager today. This person spoke in a condescending, belittling, and threatening tone and after this office manager couldn't keep themselves composed, they began speaking over my partner instead of listening, then passed the phone to a co-worker Mid Sentence and proceeded to loudly voice her aspersions within earshot of the telephone. I'm sure this person doesn't represent the otherwise high values and professionalism the rest of the staff at oh bloom gyn maintains for themselves but the experience today, with this office manager, was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. read more

The whole clinic is amazing!!! I went there to utilize their aesthetic and gynecological services. All of the staff was so welcoming, supportive, and easy to talk to and communicate with. They truly walked me through all of the sales they were having and the processes of each service. The clinic is so chic and inviting. They also offer such a wide variety of services, including some skin care products, which Dr. Tran-Kim discussed with me in detail, although I was not seen for this. Having an in-house phlebotomist made my life so much easier. When Dr. Tran-Kim completed my well woman exam, she was so gentle and thorough.
