Upon returning we reviewed the condition of the trailer and I was told that I would receive my deposit refund. I called Triangle RV around the 27 and some young girl assured me the refund had been placed and that it takes a week or more for it to show up. Having been in business for 49 years I know how it works, and I sensed she was making an excuse and clearly did not know wether my credit card had been refunded. I called back yesterday and was told that the refund had not taken place because there was damage and the amount had not been determined. Clearly the employee I spoke to previously had lied. The lady I called November 3 rd said she would get back to me, and I have again not received any consideration for my concerns. I have put a dispute in with my credit card company. And will never do business with this company again. Although I am a potential purchaser, I would not do business with Triangle RV again.

Absolutely horrendous experience with a rental RV. In short, we rented an RV that had several…read moreproblems, the most significant being a fridge that couldn't be powered by propane and a water pump that broke on our first night. The first issue resulted in depleting the battery and then all our food spoiling, the second resulted in us losing a day of our 4-day trip (Strathcona park) in order to drive to Campbell River and take it to the local RV dealer (Campbell River RV, who were excellent and replaced the pump which they confirmed was broken because is was wired incorrectly) to get the pump fixed--on the recommendation of the Triangle RV service tech were spoke to on the phone. Upon return, we asked for reimbursement for the repair which we paid out of pocket, and some compensation for the numerous issues with the RV, losing 25% of our trip, and the extra gas to drive around to fix their problem. They refused both. I've never experienced such ridiculously awful customer service and ethics.

He offered to do it for free and I told him it was a dually and wanted to pay he said no,so I thanked him, he told the tire technician who's demeanor was mad to do it. he angrily let out a huff i went inside for a quote i cam out to to have a smoke to witness him ripping off the front drivers side hubcap with extrem ferocity and anger, i went inside and informed the service advisor of his aggression towards my vehicle and told him that I thanked him and he blatenly ignored me. he finished the tire inflation and I paid 5 dollars towards their pizza fund and left . i got to Walmart just up the street got out of my truck and noticed damage to both my front hubcaps and one of them I just purchased 1 month earlier, I rang it in and drove my truck back immediately he told me that his service technician was out on a service call and would get his side of the story and phone me back, its approximately 5 hours later no call . I originally went to this shop mainly for tires, as their pricing on all-weather tires was very…read moregood. I was also dealing with a front driver-side noise at the time. I was told the CV axle just needed to be reseated and that it was fine, which saved me money. However, after the tires were installed, a different noise started right away. I brought it back twice. On the first visit, I mentioned the dust shield and was told it was adjusted, but the noise was still there. On the second visit, I was told the issue was caused by the CV axle coming out and damaging the front wheel bearing, and that the bearing needed to be replaced. Based on the inspection report showing no wheel bearing play and the way the noise behaved, this didn't fully line up. I was able to reduce the noise significantly myself by adjusting the dust shield, and now it is almost completely gone and quiet at highway speeds. For peace of mind, I had it checked by another shop, and they confirmed that the front wheel bearing is not damaged and does not need replacement. I also requested a follow-up call to discuss things further but did not receive one. Overall, the tire pricing and some of the maintenance work were good, but I would have liked a more accurate diagnosis and better follow-up communication. Because of this experience, I won't be a returning customer.

By May 2026 everything felt just like it did prior to having it all replaced. They tried to sell me on a brake servicing to resolve the issue at a cost of $300 only 10 months after. After weeks of trying to contact the manager then the owner then corporate nothing was resolved. It has now been 14 months since they were replaced and the car is squealing, shimmying and sounds so bad it's embarrassing. Save yourself the stress, money and potential danger to your family in your vehicle by NOT going here.

He's the one who was honest enough to send us to the dealership in the first place as it may have been a recall. And what kind of business doesn't take a cheque? We paid $32,000 for an item with the same chequing account. I guess they will only have the one chance to gouge us. They *tried* to do our coolant, which we did last fall, and our tranny fluid, which we also did less than two years ago. When I said that, they said "Oh, really? Well, I will take that off the list."
