So I went to ok tire today in duncan for a tire inflation I rang through first and the gentleman…read morewho answered the phone was lovely. He offered to do it for free and I told him it was a dually and wanted to pay he said no,so I thanked him, he told the tire technician who's demeanor was mad to do it. he angrily let out a huff i went inside for a quote i cam out to to have a smoke to witness him ripping off the front drivers side hubcap with extrem ferocity and anger, i went inside and informed the service advisor of his aggression towards my vehicle and told him that I thanked him and he blatenly ignored me. he finished the tire inflation and I paid 5 dollars towards their pizza fund and left . i got to Walmart just up the street got out of my truck and noticed damage to both my front hubcaps and one of them I just purchased 1 month earlier, I rang it in and drove my truck back immediately he told me that his service technician was out on a service call and would get his side of the story and phone me back, its approximately 5 hours later no call . I was absolutely devastating that someone could willfully damage my property like that and I feel completely brushed off. here are some pictures of the hubcaps I will show passenger side first which was new 1 month ago I had a difficult time getting my hands on this one and looked at it frequently because I wasn't happy seeing a rusty rim so to see that broke my heart and was definitely in shock so to the owner and management I would at least bare minimum want to be acknowledged in person because I think that is the least you could do

I recently visited Gurton's Car sales with a view to selling my car. I met with Jarred, the owner…read more I like to believe that I have always been a judge of character and Jarred immediately struck me as a genuinely open and honest person. Jarred very quickly appraised my car and after a short stressless conversation we agreed on a price. Even though it may be necessary, giving up one's car for ever is not an an easy decision to make and it took me a couple of weeks after my visit to make a return visit to Gurtons. The earlier appraisal for my car still remained and the deal was completed in short order. If buying or selling a vehicle is in your future thoughts, then I would recommend taking a look at Gurton's web site, or better still to give Jarred a call or visit.

Alignment - Not Good…read more Do not trust. This shop charged me for a 4 wheel alignment they only partially completed. They only adjusted Toe, known in the industry as "Set the Toe and let it go.". A quick and dirty alignment to make profit, while screwing the customer. They claimed that the adjustment bolts under the vehicle were seized, and they know most customers are just going to trust them. This seemed very fishy to me, so I checked the adjustment bolts myself. I found they were not seized, and in fact, the locking devices were under-torqued! This is a safety issue! So, this shop charged me full price, they were dishonest about the scope of work completed, they returned the vehicle to me in an unsafe condition. After "looking into it", the shop manager claimed that his technician had tried using the "big bertha" air tool to turn the adjustment bolts. Clearly, the tech never even tried to loosen the locking features first! I'm glad they didn't break things, lucky, considering! Incompetance. To top it all off, they refused to refund my money unless I agreed to delete a negative review. Now I'm in search of a competent alignment shop to sort this out. DO NOT TRUST MIDAS Brentwood Bay.
