Go ahead... try and figure out that combo. Guess what?? They had EXACTLY what I needed even though I don't think any of the items I bought were made for what I am using them for. So while I was there I noticed there are some focus areas here. There were about a billion cookie cutter molds and a LOT of baking and decorating supplies. I don't bake so this was mostly shiny stuff to look at and wish someone would bake for me. They also have a lot of container type stuff and a little bit of everything else. Nice people working here and super friendly in helping you come up with a plan for what you are doing.

Not much to see from the outside, no hint that groceries are there, but on inside, jackpot!! This place is packed floor to ceiling with tiny aisles you have to squeeze through. There is a nice representation of Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and some Indian selections. There are several chest freezers filled with a plethora of frozen seafood. The back wall is a bank of coolers with a nice selection of fresh veggies, Fresh Pho Noodles, and other tasy treats. I picked up Tom Yum soup base, Masaman Curry Paste, coconut cream, Thai Tea, instant Pho broth, Mabo Tofu sauce and a nice selection of snacks. Prices are actually a little less than what I am used to paying in Seattle, another nice bonus. The owners were very engaging and very helpful. I would recommend others proceed with caution. My daughter had a disappointing experience with this company. There were several issues related to communication and how she was treated, which did not meet reasonable expectations of professionalism and fairness. We attempted to address these concerns directly but did not receive a satisfactory response. I encourage the company CEO and his team to review how they handle similar situations and improve their approach. I'm sharing this so others can be aware and make informed decisions.

We had an excellent experience with Utah Basements this past year. They completed our unfinished…read morebasement with 2 bedrooms, large living area, exercise room, utility room, linen closet, under the stairs closet, and full bath. They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!

But man do I tell you Robert can get so much done even in a day ! We were thoroughly impressed with his work. If we didn't like something or if we noticed something and pointed it out to him, he would fix it. Another thing that we really loved about them is their communication. We always knew when Robert was coming or going. There were no surprises of what time he was gonna show up, which with another company, we had nothing but issues and had no idea when they would show up and do work that was not the case with these guys!! They were both very professional and anytime we made adjustments They provided an updated estimate. Robert would even show us what he did at the end of each day as well. We initially contacted them for one big job in our basement, and we were so impressed with their work that we had them come back for 4 different jobs. I believe them to be extremely reasonably priced. They were a tad more than another company that we looked at, however, we are so glad that we went with these guys over them. I really only had one single complaint if you can even call it that. But sometimes Robert would use things without asking. (One Example: our nice kitchen broom to clean up construction dust) we just bought a new one and didn't say anything cause it's not a huge deal, but do wish he would have asked as we had another broom that could have been utilized for a dirty job. But seriously I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

I've shopped here for multiple jobs, the latest being 700 square feet of flooring of faux hardwood plank tiles. Not only do they have the supplies, but they also rent the tools you need to get the job done. I rented a sliding tile saw this last job - the rates are reasonable, the blade is sharp, and it makes it as easy as tile can get.
