Is there anything cooler than a kitchen gadgetry store? So much crap you just don't need or didn't…read moreKNOW you needed??? This place is pretty legit and has a great selection of just about everything. On this trip I was looking for tools to cut wavy lines in blocks of cheese and special forks to dip chicken in sauce. Go ahead... try and figure out that combo. Guess what?? They had EXACTLY what I needed even though I don't think any of the items I bought were made for what I am using them for. So while I was there I noticed there are some focus areas here. There were about a billion cookie cutter molds and a LOT of baking and decorating supplies. I don't bake so this was mostly shiny stuff to look at and wish someone would bake for me. They also have a lot of container type stuff and a little bit of everything else. Nice people working here and super friendly in helping you come up with a plan for what you are doing.

My wife and I like to go here every so often to see what is new. It is nice to help out local business ventures that provide unique items. They do have sales items periodically and have some items that are harder to see in person if you want to check something out before buying. For Your Kitchen does have a nice selection of aprons for cooking. The owner is very nice and easy to talk to, as well as the staff.

They completed our unfinished…read morebasement with 2 bedrooms, large living area, exercise room, utility room, linen closet, under the stairs closet, and full bath. They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!

We was able to take our time and look, ask questions, change our minds (well, I'm woman so it's my job to do so haha) . After we made our decision and prepared everything with our plumber we called and gave them the go ahead to do the job. I seldom experience such professionalism that the young man did. He took his time, answered any questions I had and did an extraordinary job. We LOVE our walk in shower and the guest bath shower. Everyone that enters our house loves them as well and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Sand and Swirl for walking us through the process and making such a bad experience, such as losing our home, just a little easier.

These were supposed to be installed at the end of September. They never gave us any indication of any problem until they sent a text message on September 23 saying they could not do our job. No call, a text! Now we will be delayed for months while we try to find a real company to do the job. I would highly caution anyone from using this company. Michael Fosmark.

The rep, Scott, I spoke with was to give me a call with a quote which never happened. I called them 3 separate times and each time I was promised a call back which never happened. How does a company survives with this type of service is beyond me. If this is how this company operates I would hate to see the shit show performing a project. Needless to say, I decided to go elsewhere.

We also provided an undermount sink for them to attach. At the time, they indicated they had difficulty attaching the sink, so it took a few extra days for it to be ready for pick up. We paid $506.22 at the time. This weekend, the sink fell off the countertop. Since this was installed in a rental unit and Out of the Woods is not open on the weekend, we had to pay a handyman $250 to fix. Out of the Woods indicates they will not guarantee the sink install that they did in 2021 because it was a fabrication only. They indicate whoever installed should have used clips. This was not communicated to us at the time and nowhere in the very long list of Terms & Conditions that we signed off on does it indicate they don't guarantee fabrication work and nowhere on the detailed invoice with specs and detailed info regarding work done does it indicate anything additional is needed to support the sink. Very, very disappointed as we feel we were seriously overcharged at the time since we provided the granite and sink and all they had to do was the backsplash and sink cut out and attach the sink. We really feel taken advantage of.

**Rating: 1 Star**…read more **Incomplete Work - Paid Thousands for "Full Repipe" That Wasn't Complete** I hired RareBreed Plumbing in April 2024 for what was sold to me as a complete replacement of all galvanized steel piping in my home. I paid thousands of dollars based on this understanding. I trusted this company because the owner, Court, had previously done excellent work at my home before he owned RareBreed. Unfortunately, this experience was drastically different: **Professionalism Issues:** - Two plumbers argued with each other throughout the workday while in my home - What should have been a professional job turned into an all-day event - By the end of the day, 5-6 plumbers were in my house trying to finish the work - I had to speak with the crew leader about the unprofessional behavior **Incomplete Work:** - About a week after the original work, I had to call them back because the P-trap under my bathroom sink was leaking due to incorrect measurements - On Christmas Eve 2025, I discovered water on my bathroom floor - The source was a leaking shutoff valve connected to OLD, CORRODED, RUSTED galvanized steel pipes that were NEVER REPLACED during the "complete repipe" - I had to make multiple trips to Home Depot on Christmas Eve to purchase galvanized steel pipe and repair it myself - I sent them photos clearly showing painted galvanized steel pipes with old paint rings, proving they predate the April 2024 work - During the callback for the P-trap repair, workers were directly under this sink yet never addressed or replaced these corroded pipes **Company Response:** When I called to address the unreplaced galvanized steel pipes, I was told on the phone that only drainage pipes are under warranty. This completely misses the point - these galvanized steel water lines should have been replaced during the ORIGINAL work in April 2024 as part of the complete pipe replacement I paid for. I was told all pipes except copper would be replaced - that's why I agreed to spend thousands of dollars. I sent an email requesting a written explanation of why these pipes were not replaced as promised. The company has not responded to my email request. **Bottom Line:** I paid thousands of dollars for complete pipe replacement and received incomplete work. The corroded galvanized steel pipes I discovered on Christmas Eve should have been replaced when I paid for the job in April 2024. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. If you hire RareBreed Plumbing, I strongly recommend: - Getting extremely detailed written quotes specifying exactly which pipes will be replaced - Taking before and after photos of ALL work areas - Inspecting all work thoroughly before final payment - Being prepared for potential professionalism issues during the work
