I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. My priority was that the move should be drama free, and it was. I was willing to pay more so that it should be drama free. What surprised me most was that because everything was pre-packed and was an easy move, they charged me less than estimated because it was quick. So I didn't even have to pay more. We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. US PRIME DESTROYERS. The move started in CA on 09Jan26 and delivery did not show up until 31Jan26…read morein NJ, over 15 business days! The packing crew was OK. We paid for full pack. They forgot to pack the contents of kitchen drawer and miscellaneous household items. The packaging they did was poor. items were simply tossed in box and therefore damaged during transport. The worst part was the delivery crew, their disregard for the items was astonishing (no stars). Several items were mishandled therefore dropped causing breakage and irreparable damaged. We did not receive all items and one most important a package with family pictures has not beed retrieved.

We had the absolute worst experience with Prime movers during our recent cross country move from CA…read moreto NY. The final total was close to double what was quoted and delivery was over a week late. We knew the price was based on weight, so fair enough, but our things were weighted in CA and we had absolutely zero communications from the company after pickup. We were not told the final weight/price or delivery date until 9:45pm the day before delivery. We had air tags in our items and could see them setting in the same location in CA for over 2 weeks!! We called, emailed and texted and they were completely unresponsive and couldn't tell us when our things would arrive. When they called us at 9:45 pm to let us know they would be delivering the next day, they also said they only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. A request that is hard to accommodate on less then 24-hours notice. While unpacking we have found several boxes smashed, screws were stripped and over tightened on our bed frame and TV stand that they disassembled, and so far we've found 2 broken items. They've caused more stress, headache and damage than it is worth for the price and were completely unresponsive the whole time. I truly cannot recommend anyone hire this company.

When they arrived at the new home one of the movers lovingly insisted I stopped helping bc I am 9months pregnant and joked with me about how hard it must be to not be able to really help. I hired their service last month to help with my move to a new home. Even though I called them 15…read moredays in advance, they initially said it would be impossible to schedule me on the requested date due to month-end rush--but somehow, they made it work. They arrived between 2-5 PM (closer to 4 PM) and gave me a call before reaching, just to confirm that I was ready. During the quoting process, we listed out all the items--furniture, chairs, bed, mirror, boxes, etc. When they arrived, they first verified the number of items matched the quote. They were okay with a few extra small boxes (2-4), but if something significantly bigger wasn't on the list, they either wouldn't take it or would charge extra. They charged me for 4 hours of work, and 3 movers showed up and completed everything within that time. They even moved 3-5 extra items without any hassle. They handled fragile items like the mirror and glass table with care, though they did charge $80 for packing materials. There was some damage to a dresser cabinet, but they compensated me for it. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service and would consider using them again.
