We used Advance Mailing Services for a print-only job to do a small direct mailing campaign…read more Without prior knowledge of how indicia's work, I approved the initial digital proof with the indicia on it thinking that it was standard ( for context we are a brand new start-up and our budget fluctuates on a month-to-month basis). My representative came back the next day and pointed out that the indicia was added by mistake and I then asked for it to be removed. After that, I received no correspondence from my representative letting me know that this had either been taken care of or that it was not being taken care of. I feel as though if it were addressed earlier, I would not be writing this review. We requested a refund because having the indicia printed on the postcards made it so we had to pay for extra services that we were not prepared or interested in purchasing. We offered to bring the postcards back to the office. She then proceeded to insult me by telling me I was giving her the "run around" and that I was trying to "get something for nothing". She insisted that we pay for additional services through Advanced Mailing Services and told me that her boss would also not give me a refund and that she would tell me to "get lost". After this phone call, my team decided they were not worth our time to pursue the matter and to eat the cost of the postcards. Extremely unprofessional to work with. The level of interaction with the customer left something to be desired. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to when I called to try and get this straightened out. I had to say several times that I was not trying to rip off their company (because that's ridiculous) that I was not questioning her skill or her expertise. Which, as a customer, made me extremely uncomfortable. Definitely turned me off with ever working with them again in the future!
