As I was getting ready for the event, OD corporate called me and said my order couldn't be processed because there was an issue with my billing address. After getting this squared away, I found myself in a pinch as my order wasn't ready and I had about 15 minutes to get it printed. I entered and the staff was quite busy, it was one of those times when everything was happening at once. Lots of spinning plates. The parking lot is a little odd now with QT right next door, but I found a spot close to the entrance, and it was not a big deal. I was greeted promptly on entry, and I explained what I needed. Kobee was helpful and since they didn't have an exact match in the LED I wanted he indicated I could return or exchange. I was being nosy and asked if this store was associated with the one on Watson. He said his store was a corporate store and the Watson store was a Franchise. Either way, both stores were bright and clean, very helpful employees and had lots of other items beyond batteries, I guess that is the plus!
