New management made the mailbox service a waste of money for people presently residing outside of…read morethe area--a primary customer base for private mailboxes. They will not open mail, scan, and send it to us, ltho the original contract gives them permission. Policy change notice was stuffed in the boxes, not emailed until 1 week from the deadline when they requested very personal info to be sent by regular email, ignoring all security protocols. When I was unable to provide the info in the time permitted they closed my box and refusef to return the half year of service I paid for.
