I came in on a Sunday looking for an office chair. I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. The office chairs were off to the left and up close to the front of the store. I was quite impressed with the selection and range in price and color. While I was perusing the selection I was approached by an employee and offered assistance. He informed me they could assemble the chair of my choice for $15 and I could pick it up the next day. Yes, please! I found a great chair for a decent price and was in and out in under 15 minutes. My husband and I went to this location yesterday evening to ship a package through FedEx. We hadn't realized that they didn't do packing as well and we had an extremely hard to pack item - flat large mounted art work. The manager (I didn't get her name) and Emily were very patient and kind. They explained what we needed to do, and together we figured out a packing solution after we bought some packing supplies. Emily and the manager were both amazing and went out of their way to help us and work with us. read more

Popped in here on Sunday to get a look at a few desks. They were having a big sale on desks and chairs, so we needed to get some measurements down in the house before coming back to make a decision. Jacob came out and helped us walk through our options and what was on sale. We had some issues figuring out what we wanted to go with so he was super patient. We decided on three different desks, and a chair. One desk and the chair were not available on the floor, so we spent a few minutes organizing free delivery to the home. They offered free delivery, and two employees (Justin and Jacob) came out to help us load the two remaining desks into my car. The desks total weighed about 400 lbs. Getting the desks back out of the car and in the house was a total adventure. We barely got one of them into the front door and subsequently gave up on moving it anywhere else. This morning we were trying to put together one of the desks. We were stumped on the file drawer sliding rail mechanism and brought it to the store for some guidance. Justin was there today also, and didn't laugh in our faces when he showed us how easy it was to pull apart. Needless to say, we decided to hire a company to come and put the other desk together. I'm pretty sure we will have issues with the rest of the stuff so we will be back. Thank you for your patience and walking us through the process and post purchase problems. No issues with service. Usually have a great experience at this location but stopped in yesterday (9/22/2024) with a decent size copying job - although not really busy , the attendant at the copying center was not helpful at all - in fact, it was like a bother to help any customers, I noticed he acted the same way with the folks ahead of me but just thought it may have been them , but treated me the same way - took my business elsewhere- whoever he was you may want to consider having him perform duties where he does not interact with customers read more

The experience I had at the Cumming Office Max was absolutely unbearable. This was an account of my experience. I was pressured into starting a rewards account and the gentleman at the cashier rang up my items at a snail's pace. Additionally, the selection was much smaller than I was expecting. I could have gone to Walmart next door for a smoother, quicker shopping experience and still found all the items I was looking for. Ultimately though, the pressure tactics into opening a rewards account is what led me to being disgruntled enough to leave a review. Do better. read more

The employees in this place will do anything but work. Absolutely go anywhere else if you want something printed. Want to go after 5? Nope. They're closing the print center early, sorry. Want to print on card stock? Nope, it'll take at least a day for them to change the paper in the printer. Want to submit an order online? Nope, won't be ready until you walk in the store and ask where it is. Which then they can magically change the paper to cardstock in a matter of seconds. Might be the only loophole. read more

They're all acting like they're working, when the only person that matters at that minute is me... the paying customer. Management fails again. I don't know rather to be offended as a Black person or a mother. My 2 year is being a 2 year old and at first, the young kid that works there was talking to him, but as soon as he started crying for something, literally for 15-20 seconds, the guy says he can't cry in here. I just glared at him and he knew to walk the hell away from me. Instead of asking if he's okay, you decide to tell a mom that. Smh. Nobody's in this empty store for his mini temper tantrum to bother them. Smh. Do better with your customers. God forbid they call the cops on a crying 2 year old. Smh read more

Terrible customer service. I was in there for about 30 min when it should have been 10 min. There were 4 workers at the service center that were acting like they were doing something more important than helping me. I didn't receive any apologies when a worker finally acknowledged me standing there for so long. I was thinking about speaking to the store manager about their poor customer service but realized the worker was the store manager! read more

I will definitely not be coming back. Absolutely the worst costumer service. Went to get baby shower invites printed for the second time and the guy working in the printing section was very rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they couldn't print out my invites even though they printed them out a week ago with no issue. Then he did not know the size of envelopes that would fit shower invites that were already printed in front of him. Told me i must walk back to "isle 11" and pick the size of envelopes in which my invites needed to be printed. Which I did, walked back up to the printing service for him to tell me "that's not the right size." Which then I had to walk back to "isle 11" and guess again on the size. I had some cards printed at the Cumming location- - and the ladies in the print area did a great job - they lined up the PDFs on both sides perfectly and ran a test copy to make sure I was satisfied. They did make an error on my checkout ( and overcharged me) but the manager quickly not only corrected it - but gave me a discount because I had to come back in. They've always done a good job on all my printing! read more

I tried to use them for a rush print job on business cards that I needed. I picked them up the day after ordering online and they were printed on two different kinds of paper stock and the cut was extremely uneven on over half the cards. Also, they were out of matte paper so instead of calling and seeing if I wanted to change it to glossy, they just printed on the matte side of a glossy card so it looked like they were printed on the wrong side because no one does that. I took them back to the store and the lady said she would reprint them for me. When I went to pick them up the next afternoon, my order was not done. It was left with a sticky note and the lady working then said she didn't have any of the order information so nothing got done. Needless to say, I asked for a refund but because I ordered online, I have to get refund through their phone center which is located in the Philippines and I only get refunded once they have picked up my mess up print. I tried not to get too upset at the guy on the phone because it's not his fault the people in the store messed up. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE quality. I will not be using them again. read more
