We called in prior to going as I live about an hour away and did not want to drive over for no reason. I conducted my research and decided that the MyPodium was the device that best met our needs. I'm purchasing this for a church, where it will serve as a whiteboard in a large auditorium. An ordinary whiteboard would have sufficed, but I believe this product will be more effective. I plan to use the HDMI output to integrate it with our projectors, allowing the entire congregation to see it. Initially, I noticed that this product was backordered with the suppliers I typically use, so I ordered it from Office Wonderland. After not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I called them and discovered they were still waiting for it to ship from their supplier, meaning they didn't have it in stock either. After several calls and two weeks, my package finally arrived, but it was missing the stylus. I notified the supplier, and they assured me they would address the issue. However, a month has passed, and I still have not received the stylus. A whiteboard without a marker isn't very useful. read more

Followed through with a sale of close to $15,000 of video monitors, and was assured prior to buying that all the requested items were in stock and available. After following through with the purchase, a month passed with no contact from the company regarding shipment. Had to call multiple times to get in touch with someone only to have them say none of the monitors were available or in stock, and they wanted to try and sell me something else. This is far from a professional company and clearly performs a bait-and-switch tactic to get your money. Stay far away from this company and go somewhere established. And don't believe a word that Giovanni Abraham tells you. read more

I was excited when I initially purchased my projector because it was a good price and it was the model I was searching for. I received an email confirmation of my purchase that Tuesday which I accepted happily because ground shipping free. I then waited patiently until the following Wednesday of the next week before calling in because there was no tracking and no further emails. I did a search for "office wonderland" in case something went in my junk mail. Nothing. I called and spoke to Mike who said there was a red flag of some sort and that the model I wanted was unavailable and that they could offer me the newer one. I was upset because there was no communication for over a week until I called to see where my projector was. Mike told me there was an email that supposedly went out but may have ended up in my junk, I knew for a fact that was not the case because I had done a search of my email already including my junk email. I had to spoil the the news to my husband and ask if he wanted a different model which he did not. I then called back and miraculously I received the cancellation email instantly. There was no hesitation -Mike was willing to go ahead and cancel my order. On the bright side I don't have to ever deal with this company again. read more

Was lucky to come across officewonderland. Needed my projector the same fay and couldnt find anything at bestbuy. Started looking on google and saw that this company actually had the infocus model in stock. Drove to north miami beach to the warehouse from my office in Doral bought the projector and got back to my office ready for my meeting. read more

I purchased a projector from this company online, only to find out they have a store about 10 minute drive from my home. Stopped by the same evening on the way back from work and picked it up without any problems. Not a huge store but extremely nice. read more
