And this Office Depot is staffed by very friendly, eager, somewhat lonely and underutilized young workers. Three of them asked me very sincerely "can I help you find something?" and all three pretended it was funny when I asked for my wife. Well two did, the third actually looked for her. We were the only two customers in the store, well the one customer and her archaeologist Yelper comedian husband. In hindsight, I feel kind of sorry that they all had to endure me.

Staff is about what I'd expect - I was asked if I needed help when searching for printer ink, but had to wait around for a cashier. If you're looking for the basics in terms of office supplies, I'm sure they'll have what you need. Not sure I'll be back to this location though - there are big security gates on all the windows and a fair amount of people sitting in the parking lot "hanging out" on a random Thursday afternoon - kind of sketchy. Without going into details, it has taken me several months to figure out exactly what happened without any assistance from Central Office Systems despite my repeated attempts. Instead, they were evasive at best, and have outright refused to engage in a discussion about their role in creating this issue let alone trying to provide a customer-friendly solution. I simply needed information to address to address the issue with the leasing company, and I wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a telephone call let alone an apology for the months and months of time and energy I have spent trying to address the issue. After owning my own business, I know how to treat customers, and this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid the headache and buy your own equipment.
