Without going into details, it has taken me several months to figure out exactly what happened without any assistance from Central Office Systems despite my repeated attempts. Instead, they were evasive at best, and have outright refused to engage in a discussion about their role in creating this issue let alone trying to provide a customer-friendly solution. I simply needed information to address to address the issue with the leasing company, and I wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a telephone call let alone an apology for the months and months of time and energy I have spent trying to address the issue. After owning my own business, I know how to treat customers, and this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid the headache and buy your own equipment.
