The due date on my receipt was 12/10/2022 and the order was not completed until 1/21/2023. This would have been ok, IF the owner would have periodically touched base to report the status of filling the order. I gave this small business this order as a test as I have other artwork that needs framing, but due to NO communication during this order, I will no longer be giving them any business. When I stated the issue with the owner when finally retrieving the work she did apologize BUT did NOT offer any discount or compensation for waiting on the order. She stated she didn't have enough staff and couldn't afford additional help. She could easily hire a high school or college student at minimum wage to work the store or atleast make phone calls to provide status updates while she focused on the framing work. The owner is friendly and a nice person, but as she says, her business skills are lacking. I hope you have a better experience than I did, if you choose to get work done here.

While this store did not have in stock the specific brand of marker she sought, the staff was superbly helpful, both in looking up ordering information for the item, and in recommending another brand that provided the same aesthetic. And the staff member sure knew his markers! I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with their work! I had gone to them before for a jersey to be framed, which they did a phenomenal job on, but this past holiday season, I had cause to take several pieces at once. Ed took the time to go over my framing options, from the frame itself, to the matting, to the glass. He worked with me until we found something that was exactly what I was looking for. He was not afraid to give me his opinion, either, which I very much appreciated and agreed with. He was able to push out two of the pieces in time for the holidays, despite my late start (about two weeks out, probably less). He also transformed two art poster prints into new works of art themselves. We had received a poster print of 'Nighthawks' and the 'Tournée le Chat Noir' over the past two holidays from my parents, but neither really fit into a standard size frame. Ed and I found very agreeable frames that perfectly matched, accentuated, and enhanced each one into something higher than it was. I couldn't be more elated by how everything turned out.
