They were able to get me a white board that was beyond what I was looking for, and not only that, they donated this board to my classroom, AND they hand delivered it!!. Not only was I blown away with gratitude, but my students were amazed at the fact that someone who did not know them were so generous that they would give our classroom something. It has been 2 weeks since being blessed with this gift, and it has increased instructional time, and increased students attention. Students are now able to be a participant in the learning environment since now I am not the only one up in the front teaching! A guy came out and told me what I needed and proceeded to give me an estimate of around $800. I asked if that included todays trip, and he said yes. So I gave him permission to order the parts that was needed and then set a date for the repairs. 2 days later I received a bill in the mail for $224.00 for the diagnostic, labor and trip fee. I called the office and asked about this charge and told them that I was told that his was included in the total amount of the quote of about $800. I was told I was correct. I talked to Jennifer. 2 weeks later the parts came in and the repair man came and fixed the machine. A few days later I received the final bill of $863.18 what I promptly paid. Yesterday I received a Past Due notice in the mail as well as email stating that I never paid the original $224. I explained what had transpired and I was transferred back to Jennifer who stated that she never talked to me or stated that the 1st bill was included in the final bill. I could not get threw to her as she was always tying to over talk me or yelling over me. This company is all about Bait and Switch, If I was told that there were 2 bill and i had to pay for the trip, labor and diagnostic ( which is usually free if the company does the repairs.) BECAREFUL if you want to use this company. Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing. As for me I will be taking my business elsewhere.

"As a courtesy, " explained the team member "I will allow you to wait in the store instead of having you come back. It will only take about 30 minutes." Not actually courteous though. She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.
