    Bravo to Candy! After being told by the South Meadows Office Depot they couldn't get our lamination project done for 2+ days my wife started calling around and spoke to this location on Kietzke Lane next to Michaels. When you call you get to speak to someone at the actual store so thats a big positive. They said come on down and we will knock it out while you wait. Upon arrival we were greeted and they jumped right on it. Candy I believe is the store manager and was very attentive and great at multi-tasking while she took care of laminating for us. Would recommend this store to anyone needing printing or laminating! Thanks again Candy and we will see you on the next one!

Quality/Quantity - I come here to make my copies because the ink in all my printers are ALWAYS dry... And I do not plan to buy any more ink or printers moving forward. Don't we live in a paperless world now? Anyways, my choice is either spending 20¢ for a copy or $25-$60 for an ink cartridge for my last semi broken printer. Okay, 2 self-service machines. 1 was out of service today, as usual... And the worst part of it all was that my USB NEVER works on the self-service machines, but the team members had ALWAYS taken care of me. On my last visit, I was told that the machines are NOT Apple compatible, so I am using my Microsoft laptops for my USB copies now and they still do not work... Atmosphere - Office supply store. Clean and organized. Service - Excellent, I believe the female was an assistant manager or a manager. Helped me today and with perfect service. She actually went above and beyond! In my previous visits, the team members did the same. Price - 20¢ a copy + tax!!     I'm not in the habit of giving a poor review, but this gentleman came out to repair my BROTHER…read moreMFC-9340CDW, the appointment was initially delayed due to parts. I indicated my problem was that I couldn't produce a single sided copy without it creating a jam, I told him it started jamming on double sided documents and then I stopped that selection and only made single sided docs and now even that's a problem. He initially snapped in one tiny roller and a guide on the paper feeding drawer, nothing really internal to the machine, he then claimed that I never mentioned the double sided issue in my initial call, which of course I did, that's how I prefer to print all large documents. ‍ He couldn't fix the problem and then went on to say he couldn't get the parts to fix it, what? He changed his story about five different times and told me I never mentioned the double sided problem. I don't think he's has an in depth knowledge of my copier and has a selective recall of our conversation, terrible skil

    I called yesterday morning, Dan was able to come to our office this morning and fixed our Canon…read morePrinter that was slipping with a loud sound and the alignment on our checks was way off. We have or I should say we had a company that use to fix our printers but they have now become unresponsive to our calls so I won't waste my time paying someone who can't communicate with us. Dan thank you so much for coming out so quickly and fixing it right the first time, we really appreciate it. Vicki
