I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah! read more

Bought a epson printer expecting it to be able to print. Immediately ran into error codes. Called epsom to try and work through the codes. Got temporary fixes but the same error code populated. After 2 months of back and forth with epsom decided to return product and get a printer that actually prints. Office depot won't take printer back. Operations manager told us that if we brought the printer back last week, they would have been able to take it but now they are "cracking down" on returns.... No matter what issues customers run into. Told us to come back tomorrow and talk to his supervisor. As much as i'd love to lug this paperweight across town 30+ minutes to have your manager tell me the same thing.. not going to happen. Office depot is a terrible company and is obviously struggling. My advice is to order office supplies online or from stores like walmart... where they actually take broken items back. My advice to the manager is to take care of people instead of a company that doesn't care about you. Poor policies and poor customer service. read more

I always enjoy come in at Office Depot just because I've worked here and I know the inns and outs of this place but of course so many things have changed since I last worked here. Ever since working here I am always excited for people to greet you when they first walk in I'm always excited to see the store very clean and stuff being easily pleased back where it belongs and everything just being clean and easy to find. The staff is always very helpful they are always around when you need them in it's always the same feel no matter what store you go into and that's another thing that I love I wouldn't wanna go into one store and he feels different than the last time I've been here. The computers are evenly priced here this is where I got my computer from and I still have it and it's still in good condition and I would recommend anybody to get a computer or a laptop here. Terrible customer service and tech return policy. Was told if we came a week ago they would've been able to give us store credit on our worthless rosin printer but because of new crack downs they would not be able to help us this week. Issues didn't start until after the short 14 day return policy window. Stuck with a $400 printer that doesn't work properly because neither Eason or Office Depot wants to do the right thing and take care of their customers. Shameful. Will also be putting in a BBB complaint. read more

I've been there quite a few times. Mostly I've been there for the shipping and printing services. I have no experience with their other departments. The customer service is horrible. The workers have a very poor attitude and are very rude. They didn't want to help me and they just wanted me to leave. I've encountered two employees that are very rude. The only person worthwhile in that place is the manager. I'm never going there again for any of their services and I will also tell my friends to stay away from that place. I hope things change soon. read more

This was the third time that I've gone there with a very small binding job and was told (by Andrew) that my 10-minute binding job would take 24 hours. On the way out I talked to Malcolm who said that online orders take priority over walk-ins. Wait, what? All I did was get in my car and drive 15 minutes to get to the store. And someone at home in their pajamas gets their job done first? So after this happened three times, I'm done with this store. The FedEx Office store did the job while I waited. From now on I will get my printing and binding done there and will buy my office supplies at Target. read more

I had a wonderful experience. My husband and I went in for a new office chair. The variety was great and they had a wide selection in different price ranges. We were helped by a gentleman named Steven who really took care of us. He was friendly and made us aware of a coupon we qualified for. Printing center: If you go in person, they will make you wait hours even for a small job. I would understand if I had a huge order but I didn't. Don't go to this location if you need something done quickly. read more

I'm not sure how this location stays in business. I moved into a new office room the other day at work, and I decided to replace my 10 year old office chair with a more modern, comfortable one with my oh-so-miniscule supply budget. The minute I entered this store, I immediately got a bad vibe about the place- no one greeted me, and the interior was kind of old and cramped (much unlike the location on Pensacola Blvd. And like every other Office Depot store I've been to, the prices made me want to take my phone out to take a picture of the atrocity. The office chair I was looking at was about $100 with tax, while at "The store which shall not be named" (aka Walmart) it was $75. And, to make an even better comparison, a similar chair at IKEA in Atlanta only cost $55. My biggest complaint is that even though the employees saw me going into the store and walking around the store, they acted like I was invisible and did not even bother to acknowledge me. I don't expect stellar service, but a small "hello" should not be too much to expect. Right after walking out, I headed right for the "store which shall not be named" and bought an equal quality office chair at a cheaper price. read more

I've been here twice to have documents printed and mailed. It's a great one-stop shop. They can print documents you bring in on a USB or you can email them, and they will print them.
