There seem to be only 2 people to help everyone in the whole store. 20 min wait to check out

They need to be called "Bad attitude " Depot not Office Depot. The managers are way too unwelcoming , rude , snobby & disrespectful in their own subtle way. I hate this location. They're the worst! I'm going elsewhere from now on. They're ridiculous. read more

I've been to this location several times and they have always had what I was looking for. I went the day before Hurricane Harvey hit the area and found cases of water, batteries and an external battery phone charger. Other businesses were out of all those items. Staff has always been very nice and knowledgeable. These guys are a-ok in my book. read more

Came in to have a 500 page book photo copied and then attached with a spiral bind. They did it with ease and for much less than I expected I would have to pay. They also have school supplies, and though the prices do look expensive, they are quality products and they always have a sale of some sort. Some of the rudest customer service I have received. As a small business owner I am not one to leave a bad review or to not give grace during a pandemic. But while simply calling to see if a lamination machine online was in stock, the employee rudely asked for more product information. I quickly said the only $40 one online. He rudely responded saying "i need a product number or something. I need more than that." I apologized and said give me one second while I look it up again. He proceeds to loudly huff and puff over the phone as well as go "lord have mercy. Really." I at first assumed he had to be talking to someone else, but when he then responded with "I can't believe this." I realized it was directed at me. The entire phone call was under a minute and a half. I took maybe 30 seconds to look up the brand name. I asked if there was a problem and if he was talking to me and he quickly and rudely shot back. "I'm just waiting for you to give me more information." While none if this truly bothers me, his tone and attitude are completely uncalled for. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere. read more

Obviously having staffing problems! The high prices should be enough to afford employees. Saturday afternoon we stood at the empty checkout counter and waited, and waited, and waited. Office Depot has plenty of office supplies to choose from, but their customer service at this particular location is horrible. I wanted a few items laminated. I went to the area where they do so and was told immediately that they couldn't do it because the item was too big. I didn't even take it out of the bag for them to even see how big it was. When I showed them the item, they said their laminating machine was down. Which is it? Was the item too big or was their machine down? I asked where I could get it done and she blankly stared at me and asked if I wanted to check out. I then told her she never answered my question. I'm not sure if she blacked out or what, but her attention for sure wasn't on her customer. I definitely will not be back to this location. read more

This is probably the smallest Office Depot I have ever been in...however, it still has everything you need, just less of it. I used to order everything online, but something about the smell of a brick and mortar store is just comforting. The staff here is very friendly...and the store is never packed. So if you're in the mood to play with office supplies and not be bothered by customers giving you the stink eye, then this Office Depot is for you!!! Heck, with all the desks and furniture, you might even be able to set up shop there in the afternoon...hold meetings and pow wows!!! Plenty of notepads to take notes also!!! read more

It is a huge struggle to get anything printed correctly here. My husband and I went in with an order for a bunch of simple photo prints and pretty standard sizes- mostly 8 x 10. We had to go in three different times in order to get our photos, and they couldn't even get the size right until the very last time. If you ask for an 8 x 10 photo, it's not rocket science to get it done. It's a standard photo size they should be able to print out in seconds. On the 3rd trip in, I only needed 4 pictures printed again (the correct way), and she said it would be done in a few hours. There was no line behind me, the store was pretty much dead, so there was no reason why it should take a few hours to print 4 pictures. She also said the reason was that she was leaving in 20 minutes and the next girl wasn't coming in until an hour later. So apparently she just didn't feel like doing it during the last 20 minutes of her shift. Office Depot, you need to work on hiring quality people who aren't too lazy to do their jobs. read more

Service here is terrible. I stood in front of the register, but the cashier didn't greet me or tell me she would be with me in a second. She was just doing something else. It wasn't until the other register was opened that she told me to go over there to be assisted. And even then, after a long wait, the other cashier assisted two other people before me. No apology. I just came in here to print my boarding pass. It had taken a few minutes to bring up the page and in that time the worker went to help someone else. I waited (for like a second... Not a big deal!) and since it was one sheet she told me it was on the house. Very friendly!! read more

I come in here several times a week for my job as an office assistant and every time the customer assistance is terrible, they are way under staffed and don't make the customers a priority at all, In fact they act as if they try to avoid customers. There is never anyone at the check out counter and the people behind the printing desk are always rude, rude, rude. Like I said I come in here several times a week and have never seen any improvements. I hate that I have to come to this location. read more

I went to the store to get photos blown up and pamphlets made for my father's memorial. As i called before, speaking with a manager, I believe is Cory. She was very prompt in answering questions and told me we could help me do anything i needed. As i explained to her I needed it to be perfect and didn't have anything to set it up online. I went to the store on Thursday at 1oclock. The assistant Manager Angie/Angela?, was who first asked what can i do for you? I told her i needed a pamphlet made, she told me to email it. And left helping other customers while i got everything in order to email so staff would be able to do it properly. A new girl Elisia then began to help me. Poor girl was brand new and asst. mngr. was helping other customers with things Elisia could have prob done. An hour had pasted as she was coming back and forth. Asking asst. mngr for help every time she came back and forth and never really helped her. Only the other customers coming in line that had quick things to do one or two copies, things like that. It had been about 1hr and 1/2 by that time. Elisia still trying to help with customers coming in. Going back and forth with me doing everything she could to help. Asst Mngr came back and started helping more people. I said hey i really have things to do I've been here for awhile and she is unsure of how to do this. She had already told me it was a 24hr turn around when i arrived. And she tells me again. I replied i know you've already told me that. And then told me we couldn't edit or change fonts. I said well the women i spoke with on the phone told me you'd be able to do whatever i needed. She replied rudely we don't. I said you mean to tell me there is nothing in your computers to allow you to edit something; then asst mngr replies oh yes let's call the design company. Are you kidding me? I then told her this was very important and I'd really appreciate you doing everything you are able to, since my dad just passed and I'm trying to make these pamphlets for his memorial. If i could only write a review for just Assistant Manager i would. But someone needs to let this lady go. I showed up at 1p and didn't leave until 350pm!!!!! I would give five stars bc all the other staff was spectacular!! But being that she is an assistant manager is absolutely ridiculous. She could have had Elisia do the easy work and She could have helped me finish this without staying 4HOURS! Wow. Everything turned out nice and Cory i believe is the one who did everything even put me on hold (since i was across town) to make sure the photo that was blown up was good enough. read more
