Services are super duper slow. Sometimes the people working act like they really don't want to be there serving others like they were hired to do! Also greeted by an enormous rat in the foyer entrance of store. Definitely never coming back! They wouldn't even answer there phones so I could tell them about the fat rat in there foyer! read more

Don't waste your time understaffed the staff that is there has no idea where items are I was looking for a simple microfiber cloth and they didn't really know what it was said simply they don't have it the only area in the store is the printing department that is worth using the lines in the checkout counter are always very very long I have stopped going to this location recommend highly that you find another office depot I am confident that it will go the way of all big box store like fries and others it will go out of business sad but true note I just left the store giving it a fourth chance four times strike you're out read more

This store used to be close to the freeway. Now it has moved down the street to El Comino. Nice clean store. Quick service since it's fairly new location. Not a whole lot of workers here but the few that are here are friendly & helpful. read more

I like this location better than the Office Depot by Baybrook. Its smaller, but also newer and cleaner in my opinion. Its also adequately stocked, which is a plus because many of Office Depot's stores in non-mall-area locations tend to stock just one or two of an item (the Texas City & Alvin Office Depots are notorious for having "signs" on shelves where a product SHOULD be, stating they will only order items on an as-needed basis) Anyhow its a convenient location with a friendly staff. Half Price Books is next door, so I usually hit both of them up when I'm in the neighborhood. Its a good location to go to when you don't feel like fighting Baybrook Mall area traffic or crowds. read more

I go in to this location regularly for office and school supplies. It doesn't seem to have much turnover in staff so I've started noticing how very nice everyone is. The man I think must be a manager is really great. Since I always look for discounted stuff, just about every time I have been in there has been a pricing issue when checking out and he always makes it right in a matter of seconds. Today, I watched him offer to help a customer carry out one of the two storage towers he had purchased. It wasn't heavy but would have been awkward for the customer to try to carry both out on his own in one trip. I also have started noticing those that do the stocking and how well they know the store. It's nice to start feeling comfortable with businesses in our new home area and this is one that is starting to feel like that for me. read more

I had to do some formal invitation cards, and just casually went here to see what they had or could offer. Kyle, Tammy, and the staff at the printing department were INCREDIBLY helpful. They showed me samples of invitations, provided suggestions, printed samples for me, downloaded the file from powerpoint and converted it to PDF and adjusted size to 5x7 fit and showed me how it would look on different pieces of paper for free. They also showed me where I could get good deals on envelopes. They had 80 cards printed after showing me all the options within about 20 minutes. And it only costed about $18. They looked like $100+ worth. I really had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for printing cards etc. read more

Went into Office Depot looking for a writing desk, found what I wanted and had to get someone to print out the dimensions to make sure the desk would fit. The clerk who printed it out the desk information for me acted like I was interrupting him from doing something else. Wrote it off as to maybe he was having a bad day. Went back to Office Depot today to purchase the desk. Several groups of employees were so busy discussing a game that I had to go to the front cashier to get assistance Finally someone met me at the desk where I was informed that the desk was not in stock but maybe I could try the sea brook store. I asked if I could purchase the floor sample and was told absolutely not. No worries I can spend my money elsewhere. What has happened to good customer service? Was the clerk that busy the he couldn't have contacted another store to see if they had the desk? Maybe have the desk transferred to this store, or better yet tell me that if I went online I could order the desk and have it delivered for free to my home. AND when you purchased the desk on line I received $60 off the store price.. guess we don't need "sales" associates because the online deal was so much cheaper, delivered to my house, and nobody gave me attitude like I was interrupting their day. This store is fine if you are getting what you need by picking and paying. If you need any kind of assistance forget it.....you might be interrupting game strategy read more
