I included a picture of one of their printers and you can easily look online and it's cheaper at multiple other stores. They used to have coupons online which you need to hunt for Beck and either get you bonus rewards back. This could be quite a deal if something is on sale such as a high-end office chair that you can't find elsewhere. The one thing that was frustrating though is they did not email me that my rewards were expiring so I ended up losing $50 in reward credit. also one pro tip you can assemble the chair yourself instead of paying them the $30-$50 because it's quite easy. They also have a lot of other computer services such as removing the trial aware on their laptops which I think you could do yourself. If you buy anything online, you can have it picked up at curbside especially those large items such as office chair. Overall, I'm still happy that this place has not gone out of business like OfficeMax or staples. It's nice to have a variety to shop at or at least a window browse.

They come out from the aisles to literally scold and harangue you for using the "wrong word" while you're trying to check out. Yes, you too can enjoy this kind of superior customer service at Office Depot you if you use a word they don't like. I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves. I'll admit, these folks are ahead of the curve. This happened some time ago. They were "woke" when it was only "politically correct." Next time you stop by, be sure to use the descriptor, "gay" and you too can watch the employees turn feral.

It just goes to show you how overpriced the items are. Once in a while, you'll get lucky that they have things on clearance where you may get a great deal or a floor model however, much of the prices are way overpriced compared to what it should be online. I don't know how many years the stores will be around for unfortunately. The one advantage of coming to these places is that they do have a lot of office chairs so if it's something you need definitely stop by.

Staff is always friendly esp when I had to buy a new printer they were patient with me when I asked a trillion questions and when I was very ignorant about the knowledge of buying a new laptop they didn't discourage me or talk down to me etc. made me feel more comfortable. I bought a desk chair here and it was the best one I've ever had. We come every few months. I like the selection of printer paper and stationary they have. They aren't that Ugh more pricey than a big box store and I love the smell of fresh paper products. Lol. They have so many more items than you'd think. Located in a shopping strip off Lima road has a shared parking lot with many other stores but there's always plenty of good parking and the parking lot is in great condition. I was in the middle of a shopping trip in Fort Wayne and drove by this Office Depot. I decided to just buy my supplies here. I was helped by a friendly store employee to find my stuff and I was quickly out the door in about 15 minutes.
