My SHEIN return was definitely not a "happy" return, but Miss Christine turned it around. I messed up the process more than once...and she was patient, calm, and so kind through all of it. From scanning a bunch of items to juggling multiple QR codes. Even as the owner, she made me feel welcomed, not like an inconvenience. That kind of customer care really stands out. Thanks Christine and team for always helping me!

He told me the least expensive method was to use FedEx. When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, but I doubt I'll return.

Each time I showed up early the attendant got me started without waiting. The attendant was as friendly as a technician type person could be. During my first time...the attendant sized up my Xbox problem and gave me wise advice. I decided not to have them fix the issue as it wasn't worth the cost. On this occasion...my problem was easy. I needed a battery changed on my iPhone. When I got there they didn't have a battery to replace it with. This despite knowing three days in advance that they needed one for this model. Then I hit a text an hour before my appointment reminding me to come in...to replace the battery I need that they didn't have. So..they wanted my time. Though they offered to order the battery and fix the phone in four additional days. The good news is they gave my a referral to store they solved my problem the same day.

I bought a toilet handle and other items at the Connolly store located on Wells Street. Unfortunately the handle was the wrong color for my toilet. So I tried to return the item to the Connolly store located on Maplecrest near my house. I was informed rudely by the young lady that that this location would not take the item back even though both stores are Connolly's. The reason being that although each store has the same ownership, they do not carry the same inventory. Since Maplecrest did not carry the toilet handle, I would need to drive across town to the Wells Street location to return the item. I asked to speak to the Manager and he told me the same thing. That is the way the Owners want return to happen. It is the responsibility of the customer to return an item to the correct Connolly store. I say this is POOR Customer service and will never shop there again.
