They did not ridicule me, they did not act unprofessional, they did not get offended, they did not act or respond in any negative way to my anxious behavior!! They were AWESOME!! and told me my package will get there safely and they double taped the box .. they have now regained a customer. I have not been there for a year. I will be going back to this location. I love the people they have working there now.! not to mention the line was wrapped around the door before they even opened. They handled everything so well and with a calm friendly smile...major kudos to them. I'm serious.!!!

A huge renovation was in store to get The HEDGE to the space it currently is. The owner, Julie, is awesome! Super cool, laid back, and talented. She can talk your ear off about anything and everything in the printing world. I knew nothing when I walked through the door and now I have a way better understanding of the printing industry. She specializes in custom print items and fine art. The shop offers classes and workshops or is a beautiful space for an event. The front area is full of local made good and hosts a rotating art show. SO cool!! Looking for a special touch for your special day? I've also faxed stuff made a trillion copies and have had banners and posters made. Staff is always friendly esp when I had to buy a new printer they were patient with me when I asked a trillion questions and when I was very ignorant about the knowledge of buying a new laptop they didn't discourage me or talk down to me etc. made me feel more comfortable. I bought a desk chair here and it was the best one I've ever had. We come every few months. I like the selection of printer paper and stationary they have. They aren't that Ugh more pricey than a big box store and I love the smell of fresh paper products. Lol. They have so many more items than you'd think. It's just fun to persuade the isles and see what else you can purchase but don't need!! Haha. Located in a shopping strip off Lima road has a shared parking lot with many other stores but there's always plenty of good parking and the parking lot is in great condition. I was in the middle of a shopping trip in Fort Wayne and drove by this Office Depot. I decided to just buy my supplies here. I was helped by a friendly store employee to find my stuff and I was quickly out the door in about 15 minutes.

Each time the employees were understanding and diligently helped me try to solve the problem that they didn't even cause. In the end I left with beautifully printed invitations at a reasonable price with envelopes to match. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
