Incredible experience with Chef Ryan all around! He was so easy to communicate and work with, hyper-organized, and above all else he went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special and filled with incredible sushi. I threw a surprise party for my wife's birthday and Chef Ryan was the perfect man for the job. He catered to all our friend's dietary needs and was a joy to have at our home. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. The value was also amazing, as we had an insane amount of food that kept everyone happy and fed. Overall 100/10, Chef Ryan rules, hire him for your next special occasion!! read more

This is a long overdue review, but a few summers ago Chef Ryan made dinner for my friend's bachelorette party on Cape Cod. Communicating with him was simple and he was very responsive. Coordinating everything was hassle-free. Best of all, the dinner was FANTASTIC. Absolutely delicious. The all-you-can-eat aspect was awesome and it was totally reasonably priced. Chef Ryan is such a gem! He made dinner for my bachelorette party for 10 in Wellfleet, MA back in 2019 and we just used him again last weekend for a group of 14 women. He drove to Mystic, CT for a very reasonable fee and the food was just as good as a remember. Everything is super fresh, delicious, and working with Chef Ryan is hassle free. I would highly recommend his services for any group gathering! read more

I have had the pleasure of enjoying not one, but two in-home sushi parties by Chef Ryan. All communications with Chef Ryan in booking and leading up to the parties were smooth and responses were extremely quick! He provided everything we needed to learn how to make and enjoy all kinds of sushi in-home. After getting his sushi station set up, he whipped up a sampler platter of sushi and explained to our group a little about what he had available, techniques, and recipe tips. After trying some of what he made, everyone got a chance to try their own hand at it! It was a great night with lots of delicious food!! You will definitely not leave hungry! Highly recommend OfferSushi for parties, girls night, etc.. read more

I ordered Ryan's personal sushi service for my dad's birthday party. We had 10 guests and the evening was a great success. Ryan was personable and the sushi he made was fantastic-everyone was delighted by the process and intrigued by his artistry. I was concerned that perhaps there would not be enough food to go around, but there was plenty-in fact, Ryan prepared so much that over a full tray was left over which my parents had the following day for breakfast lunch and dinner! They loved the experience and won't stop talking about how fun and original it was for a birthday idea. Ryan was prompt and professional in all his correspondence with me before the event (I was coordinating it from California and he is in Massachusetts). He answered all my questions and came prepared with all the necessary ingredients, utensils, etc. so we really didn't have to do much at all. I highly recommend Ryan for any party, bridal shower, catering event, anniversary, or special occasion. He and his sushi is fantastic! read more

Chef Ryan is truly fantastic!  We have used him many times over the last 5 or so years, and he never disappoints.  He makes everything SO easy, and -- most important -- his fish is amazing.  At our most recent dinner party we had two guests mention that his sushi is perhaps the best they've ever had.  We've had sushi novices and sushi devotees, all of whom have loved Chef Ryan's food. He arrives with everything you need, including chopsticks if you don't have your own.  You supply the platters and the plates, the drinks, an appetizer if you want, and that's it.  Nonstop deliciousness.  He keeps going until no one at the table can possibly eat another bite.  If you want to have a really lovely dinner party and do almost no work, call Chef Ryan!! read more

Chef Ryan was amazing! Highly recommend. He did a class for my family and husband for my husband's birthday. The fish quality was incredible. The salmon and tuna were outstanding, and same with the shrimp and crab. He did a great job explaining how to make the rolls, and taught us fun tricks and tips and speciality rolls. It was a blast! read more

Hi, Chef Ryan did a bridal shower for us yesterday and did a wonderful job. The sushi was great and he was warm, easy to have around and everyone had a great time. Everything was fresh, presented well and was delicious. read more

Chef Ryan is the best!! My bf suprised me with the most thoughtful xmas gift ever. He arranged for me and 10 of my friends to get a private sushi lesson at my house. My bf and another friend also got dressed up and bartended for us, mixing all type of drinks and serving wine. Great idea for your significant other!! :) Chef Ryan's homemade spicy mayo is hands down the best I have ever had. I wish he'd sell it by the bottle. Very spicy but we were making our own so everyone could use what they liked. He taught us the basics and let us make any rolls/combos we wanted, answered questions about how to make sushi rice, etc, he even made a riceless roll for a non-carb eating friend. We did inside-out rolls, seaweed on the outside, small rolls and jumbo rolls. When we all had a chance to try and were busy gabbing and eating the best sushi ever, he just kept making more exotic rolls for us to try. We filled tupperware with the leftovers, and he left extra soy sauce and chop stix for us. Best party ever. I'd highly recommend him to cater your next event if you're not interested in a lesson. read more

We enjoyed meeting Chef Ryan at a sushi party last night with 10 ladies. He's loves all things sushi, and is completely reflected when he communicates and helps us to connect to his love and passion for sushi! Professional, kind and experienced are just a few words that come to mind. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, and I would highly recommend this unique experience! Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends! read more

Chef Ryan was incredible last night for my husbands surprise party. We would highly recommend him to make your party memorable. He did a fabulous job making fresh yummy rolls-even for the pickiest non sushi eaters. He arrived early and cleaned up wonderfully. He brings everything...all you do is eat! Double thumbs up! You won't be sorry. read more

Chef Ryan was great! We hired him for a birthday dinner party last weekend. He arrived an hour early to set up all his materials- we didn't have to do anything but provide space. Before coming, we let him know a couple of sushi preferences and food allergies, so he brought specific ingredients (the spicy mayo and sweet potato bits were amazing). Ryan was professional and friendly. He made us all kinds of sushi, showed us how to make it, and each of us took turns trying our hand at rolling. As the night went on we got creative and he let us use our own ingredients to experiment. Chef Ryan clearly loves what he does and takes pride in his work. I definitely recommend hiring him for a sushi party (we had ten friends= $50 each)- certainly worth the price. read more

I recently hired Chef Ryan for a small dinner party for family members in my home. My husband and I entertain often and, thanks to Chef Ryan this was one of our most delicious parties to date. The sushi was absolutely wonderful, everything was fresh and tasted great! The presentation was also very appealing and a real WOW factor. There was a great variety to select from and our taste buds were simply overjoyed! Needless to say, everyone was delighted and no one walked away hungry. Not only is Chef Ryan a talented chef, he is also a pleasure to talk to - it truly felt as though we invited a good friend to come and cook for us. He is easy to get in touch with, communicate with and is a true professional from beginning to end. All my guests were from out of town, some were first time visitors who came from as close as Canada and as far away as Asia - each and every one of them told me our party with Chef Ryan was a highlight of their trip to Boston. Thank you for making us look so good Chef Ryan!! We look forward to working with you again! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Ryan. My son's graduation party was amazing thanks to his sushi. Even the grandparents (who are not sushi fans) willingly ate this sushi and on top of it they raved about it! Someone else said that it was the best sushi they ever had. Every single thing he served us was extremely fresh and delicious. If you want a catered meal that is guaranteed to impress both young and old, sushi newbies and old hacks alike, this is your guy. Chef Ryan is pleasant, professional, prepared...perfect. read more

Chef Ryan was fantastic! We hired him for a family dinner party, which was a blast! It was a really interactive experience where we were all able to learn how to make our own sushi rolls. Chef Ryan was very laid back and he even accommodated some of our special requests (including shrimp tempura). Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend his service! read more

I hired Chef Ryan for my wife's birthday party this past weekend, and to echo many of the previous reviews, he was awesome. The sushi was incredibly tasty, and he was great to work with. My wife and I were vegetarian, and so weren't sure if he'd be able to create enough variety, but he definitely delivered, and we were all really happy!:) read more

Chef Ryan came to our home to run a sushi making party. He exceeded our expectations by showing up with an actual sushi display case and all the accoutrements for a fabulous spread. Thank you Chef Ryan for making my birthday party a hit! We had 12 guests and everyone raved about the quality, variety, creativity and quantity of your incredible creations. We enjoyed everything from traditional sushi and sashimi to more complex fusion rolls. Chef Ryan came to our office in Boston for a holiday sushi making class...it was perfect! His style is great for larger groups like ours and he is extremely patient. We all learned how to make great rolls from start to finish and even made a candy roll! Big thumbs up to Chef Ryan! read more

I hired Ryan for a friend's bachelorette party at my house and he was fantastic! I have to say I was very hesitant as I normally do all the cooking, etc for my parties...so I definitely felt nervous about the prospect of 20 women coming to my house for a party and having NO IDEA what to expect from the food/catering. Ryan had been very responsive to emails leading up to the party, so I knew he'd at least show up. Well, not only did he show up...he did an excellent job!! He set up efficiently and dressed professionally. Once he got rolling, it was a non-stop sushi fest! Delicious and creative rolls and PLENTY of them. I had asian-type frozen hors d'ouvers in the freezer in case we needed filler food and I never once thought about firing up the oven. He got high praise from all of my guests and I would definitely hire Ryan again. read more

I hired Ryan to cater my husband's birthday party and it was amazing! We were in a hotel suite, so we were without the usual amenities and there was limited work space, but Ryan was flexible and made it work. The sushi was so fresh and delicious with some very unique maki recipes. This is coming from someone who has tried almost every sushi place in town and is very picky about sushi. Ryan was prompt with his responses and willing to accommodate our needs. We had someone with a shellfish allergy and Ryan made him some of his own delicious rolls. I was worried that there wouldn't be enough food, but we were all so stuffed and even had leftovers! It's definitely something that me, my husband, and all of our friends will never forget! read more

After some thought, I want to adjust my rating for Ryan. I feel as though I may have been a bit hot-headed when writing my previous review. Ryan did make sure that we left feeling like we paid a fair price. I would recommend hiring Ryan but just make sure your expectations are aligned with his vision for the event. read more

Chef Ryan was great! He came to our house with everything we needed for a fantastic sushi party. He makes it as interactive and hands on as you want. We all wanted to learn how to make sushi so we each took turns making our own rolls. But if that is not for you he is happy to make them for you. He brought an assortment of seafood and vegetables and even allowed us to fry some sushi rolls! Everything was very fresh and tasty. He brought more than enough food for a party our size, so you definitely will not be hungry when it is over! Chef Ryan was great - knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! I definitely recommend him and hope to use him again in the future! read more

Hired Chef Ryan for my husband's 40th birthday party. We had about 15 guests. First- the sushi was DELICIOUS. You can tell he uses fresh, quality ingredients. Also- leading up to the event, Ryan was extremely responsive; planning was ridiculously easy. He assured me multiple times that no one would leave hungry- and he was not joking! We had two full platters of sushi yet to work through by the time he packed up. A couple of guests even took sushi home and remarked on how delicious it was even the next day! Ryan's clean up was also meticulous; you'd never have known he was there. Nothing made me happier than when guests asked for his business card before he left. :-) All in all, fantastic price for delicious food and wonderful service. You will not be disappointed!! read more
