All the food is delicious. The new location is lovely and I enjoy dining in. Off the Vine is definitely a lunch favorite.

My mother called and ordered the peppered chicken sandwich with no mayo on focaccia bread and the chicken berry salad with raspberry vinaigrette and croutons added. The worker said it would be 15-20 min. We went to get it. The restaurant is nice and safe. Very country! They have inside and outside seating. When we went in the worker was nice. The salad was ready, but the sandwich wasn't. We waited a short time and the worker brought out the sandwich along with wishes for a good day! I had the sandwich and it was really delicious! A lot of flavor. They didn't do the focaccia bread like asked, but it was still really good! The chicken was seasoned really well! Tasty, fresh avocado too! I had half. Leftovers! I have tried this place a total of three times and all three times have been disappointment. I know they are known for their salads so that's what I ordered today, as I decided to give them another chance. Nothing is wrong with the salad, but I did have to wait 40 minutes in this establishment to get my food. I literally had to go to the counter and ask if my food was ready, just to see that it had been sitting on the rack for a while. How irritating. This happened to another person as well as this is where I got the idea to go up to the counter and ask for my food. Since I was there for 40 minutes, I saw that a different customer was extremely unsatisfied with her food. I guess there was mold on the bread or something. Upon walking into the establishment, my husband and I experienced rude service. The dining spot closes at 3pm, my husband and I showed up at 2:30pm...keep in mind this was our first time here. As soon as we walked in a young man with a beard and glasses in the back yelled "every f***ing time!!" Took my wife here to get a salad and support the new local business but left pretty unsatisfied. She ordered a chicken wedged salad only to find it was literally an iceberg head cut in half, they even included the root! Not only was it cut in half but the lettuce leaves were huh and very poorly washed if it was even washed at all. The ranch was ok but the salad to dressing ratio was way off as you had a whole lettuce head for a little cup of ranch. The salad was definitely overpriced. Love this place! Had lunch with my family and ordered the roasted pear salad which was very generous in size enough for two people. We also had the vegan veggie sandwich, fresh fruit, and the cookie dough dessert cup and the 3 cookies with birthday cake frosting. Good menu, friendly staff, and definitely would go back! Only one minor complaint is the packet of plastic ware they give you to eat with is not great. It was difficult to eat my salad with the very small plastic fork and my granddaughter had a difficult time trying to eat the cookie dough dessert because the plastic spoon was so flimsy and kept bending. Would be really beneficial to upgrade that plastic ware. I intend to pack a couple plastic forks and spoons in a baggie and keep them in my purse or car so when I go back there if they haven't upgraded I'll use my own plastic ware.
