Finding vegetarian options can be a bit of a challenge, and more often than not, when it comes to sandwiches, I have to decide between plain grilled cheese and the average roasted vegetable panini, so I was super excited to try something new, and my goodness! I know it was a simple sandwich in concept, but it was to die for! The bread was soft and warm. The zucchini was sliced into thin, tender ribbons that basically melted in your mouth. And the Swiss and aioli on top were just the perfect complement! The freshness of the ingredients really shone through in their simplicity. My partner couldn't stop raving about his banh mi either! We are super happy customers, and the workers (who I assume to be a small family?) were just the sweetest. My only concern with this business is that it was super hard to find any information about it! The name doesn't quite stick out on anywhere, so I had to go back into my bank statements to find the name of it to leave this review.
