Slowest service. Only one in town and the next closest one doesn't have any variety. They give you points that expire the same month. Rarely have deals. They installed a priority line that is slower than the regular line. Stood in the "priority line" for 15 minutes before switching to the regular line that had 6 people in it. So I came back to exchange for the SAME idem (just different flavor because they didn't have the one I previously had) she said I have to pay the difference that my rewards covered . So basically I never got to use my discount . first of all I'd like to start with how disappointed I am with this location I've been coming here for a while now and I've just received a visitor punch card yesterday after i even visited 2 days ago and never got one. I've asked the worker how long have they been doing them for she said since December. when I expressed to her I've been here twice in January and have spent well over $$ for basic tree, she just laughed it off. This location seems to be about money and not true to customers, all of the workers are always high Which makes me wonder.
