They have costumes (yes, we bought one for Halloween) and sweaters (of course they needed one for the holiday pictures). I am not sure we will take advantage of the training classes with these two, but maybe in the coming years. They definitely need to do better! Two good things the cashier once I reached the register destination was very nice and she told me that they match most store prices except Amazon. Good to know!

They put her in a cage for 30 minutes to see how she would react. The cage was above the floor, on top of another cage so she had no space to move around. It was the equivalent of putting a dog in an animal shelter. I decided to not board her there. I had a feeling if I had, she would have spent almost all of her time inside the cage and would not have been given opportunities to go outside, except to relieve herself. I didn't see adequate space for dogs to run, just lots of cages.

I say this because it also applies to four furry members of our family as well. Oscar, Benny, Bella, and now Charlie (recent addition) nap and snore with ease as they know I will keep them safe and fed at all cost. So any care and love shown to them is indirectly shown to me. Thus the reason for this review. Our previous grooming suddenly closed. As someone who is not about to attempt clipping toenails aside from my own and with a senior who needs monthly haircuts, this was a crisis. I had visited Woof Gang a few times when they were at their former location, but not since they had moved in front of Fresh Market. It was too vital to entrust this process to online only so I stopped by in person. The team was friendly, helpful, and very patient with my questions. I was still a little nervous as I pulled into the parking lot with the crew, but it was due to me being over worrisome. When the three of them (Charlie had not yet joined us) came out for pick up I almost had tears welling up in my eyes. They were the cutest trio you have ever seen. The haircuts and trims were perfect and the bandanas they were wearing made it a spontaneous photo session. But then along came Charlie. This guy is a senior hospice foster, which means we will love him until he passes in the days/weeks ahead. The shelter labeled him a Shih Tzu, but the groomer thought him to be a Brussels Griffon (the breed Ewoks in the Star Wars movie are modeled after). The grooming was right. When they brought him out he was the most handsome little old Ewok/man you have ever seen. They had cleaned away the matted fur and overgrown nails. All he needed was a cardigan sweater and a pipe. I am deeply grateful to not only have a groomer in place, but one where the team sincerely loves dogs, and most importantly my dogs.

Overall if you are looking to buy a fish don't rely on them if you want them to live long. Living with dead fish in the tank lowers their lifespan. A recent visit to the vet made it so that I needed to change my beloved soulmate dog's food to something else pretty particular. I went to PetSmart and was trying to figure it out on my own, but one of these two ladies spent a good hour helping me find just the right balance at a price that was reasonable. I left feeling satisfied with that visit. Then, maybe a week or so after, I went in to buy some cute little diaper covers for my dog and Kaitlyn and Karen were just wonderful. They remembered her, helped us, and even offered her a surprise balloon pup cup. My dog, who usually never accepts treats from strangers, and who has never liked pup cups, devoured all of it happily. It really made our day for days. I appreciate places like this and employees like these two women more than I can express. For this reason, I will continue to support in-person stores rather than online. It can make all the difference in our lives.

Spend a half hour conversing with me and you'll learn what/who has my heart; quality coffee,…read moredelicious dishes, local businesses, the arts. And my family, family including the furry members (Benny, Bella, Oliver). The three of them have me wrapped around their little paws. There is nothing I would not do for them. And so yes, I spoil them. The best food, treats, toys, bed, etc. They get it all. Even keep cold water in their bowl during the summer months. So when it comes to a place to shop I can't just hope for the best. And the team, they have to love my furry ones almost as much as I do. I don't care if you ignore me or never ask my name. But you best be getting down on their level and telling them how amazing they are and asking if they want a treat (of course the answer is always yes). And here, it happens every time. It doesn't matter if it's a slow day and I'm the only customer or there's an adoption event and the place is packed; my crew gets acknowledged. Over the years I have come for extra stuff like ear wipes and CBD treats (side note: those things work!). Of course the wall of toys is always a stop. And if I have questions or need further explanation on something, they are there to help. Oh yeah, they also delivery! Like to your front door so you don't even have to get off the sofa delivery. Love this place. You should too.
