Now our home has two more furry family members, but (for the first time) they are dogs. Both small, but so different in personality. Thankfully we can purchase quality wet and dry food for them there, but also beds, shampoos, itching spray, powder, and treats. Now I understand why over half of the store is dedicated to dogs. They have costumes (yes, we bought one for Halloween) and sweaters (of course they needed one for the holiday pictures). I am not sure we will take advantage of the training classes with these two, but maybe in the coming years. Once again they have proven their value to our family. *Insider's Tip -Instead of a discount card, they now enter a phone number. You still receive the regular discounts, but also it seems to build rewards much quicker.

With all the customers in the CSRA that come through this store why is it that they only have one register open? Each time I've visited I've stood in a line 15+customers deep!!! Utterly ridiculous! Customer in front of me said she placed an order for pickup over hour ago. It's still saying they're working on it on the app. So now she's in line buying it and canceling order! They definitely need to do better! Two good things the cashier once I reached the register destination was very nice and she told me that they match most store prices except Amazon. Good to know!

I said excuse and she repeated it again so I asked her what her name was she said Racheal and shook my hand so I asked her for the manager she said she was the manager. I asked her was that company policy to ask a person if they are stealing she said well you went into the fitting room and you are not buying anything so I asked for corporate information she called a team leader and told the team leader she asked me was I stealing the team leader stated that you don't ask a person that under no circumstances. The team leader then called the asst. mgr.and I explained to Darryl what had occurred he apologized and the team leader apologized but Racheal the accuser had not apologized as of yet. I was given the District Mgr # and I called and explained the situation to him and I have not received a call back as of yet concerning this situation. I find it disrespectful by stereotyping any individual and I feel this needs to be handled

After being rescheduled three times, we finally had an appointment today four months later (August) at 0930. By 1030 they hadn't showed up. I sent a text asking if they were still coming. I didn't get a response. I called at 1045 and the receptionist claimed she sent me a text canceling on me this morning but "her phone was acting up and the msg didn't send". Yet, every other text changing my appointments and increasing their prices have somehow gone through? I have taken the day off work and sat at home all morning for nothing. What a shame. I am a HUGE supporter of small business owners and have been super patient with all their changes. This business is clearly mismanaged. - April 28 submitted a request for an appointment - On May 2, I was scheduled for July 18 appointment - On June 15 received a msg stating they increased their prices for doodles. - Also on June 15, I received a msg saying the groomer Lori was taking July 18th off and they would need to push my appointment to August 27 at 1015 because her existing clients take precedence for rescheduling her day off. - On July 29th I received a msg stating because of gas prices and drive times they had to move me to August 26th at 2:45. - On August 23 I received a msg stating due to routing issues they needed to move my appt to 0930 from 2:45 on August 26th. Here we are four months later. All my patience and flexibility with this company was clearly a waste of time!!!

They are always changing appointment days and times and not notifying customers appropriately. If they have to cancel an appointment on their end, they do not accommodate and fit you into the schedule in a timely manner, scheduling you out a month or MORE. Why should the customers and dogs be inconvenienced because they can't properly manage their company and scheduling? The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this company as long as I have is because of Kelly. She is the only reason, and once she leaves, I am gone. Go anywhere else...

Recently, Dr. Gaffigan, who is getting ready to retire sold her practice to another veterinarian who has changed this sweet and loving place into a money grab. No more complimentary nail trims with exams, no more selling monthly heart/flea/tick protection medicine for a one-month supply for customers that are on a budget. Labs need to be done before renewing medication can be prescribed or administered- for elderly pets that have been on medications that are working! Why put them through that? The hours also changed only being open Monday through Thursday and that is difficult for working adults. I voiced my opinion that to pay for a three-month supply would be difficult for me, as I now rely mostly on social security after a recent cancer diagnosis. I had a well-paying job prior. If you break a package and sell three tablets, why can't you sell just one tablet for people that may have multiple pets like me. I received a letter in the mail that I was rude to staff and would not be welcomed back should my communication not improve. I was not rude; I just expressed my opinion. I have never in my lifetime been given a letter or reprimand like that! I have spent the bulk of my professional career helping people. I worked for hospice and was loved and respected.
