I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

He told me that he hadn't done it before but to send him pictures of the set, the install instructions and he would get back to me. He reached back out within a week (during the week of Thanksgiving none the less) to schedule a date and time for me to bring the bike in. Chico even opened his shop and hour early so I could drop my bike off and make work on time. When I picked up the bike not only had Chico installed the graphics kit immaculately, he detailed and ceramic coated it!
