My family and I have been waiting patiently for something good to pop up in this space! Was it going to be a chain? A brewery? A brunch spot? Nope, a fantastic sports-bar type restaurant! Even better! After we desperately drove around for hours trying to find a place to watch the DBacks World Series we knew that our area needed this! We had a few drinks, the Brussels sprouts, and burger for the adults (all yum). The kicker was that they get kids meals! We need uncrustables! We need lightly cheesed quesadillas! The food was perfect for the kids. Not fancy. Just something they will eat. Yesssss... We will be back often!

Food is just ok. Ordered meatballs and they were pretty plain tasting. Marinara lacked more seasoning. Needed more garlic pepper salt...garlic fries were undercooked and short rib sliders were just ok. Service is amazing and so friendly! Drinks are tasty ordered a Sweet Caroline and shot of Mexican candy which was their mug shot tonight sooo good! Ambiance is great skewing toward a mature crowd after 8pm. Love the changes they have made to this place since it was Ginger Monkey! Support the arts and music !

Amazing experience! Bartender came over and chatted with us personally. He let us know he had made an in house special with habaneros and pineapple juice and let us try the syrup he crafted, the jelly he crafted, and made us incredible drinks (Cancun Colada)! It's nice this place still feels local and authentic for the chandler area. Super impressed with how this place is progressing and will gladly be back!

It was good! Really confusing given the location still listed the previous restaurant and finding a menu was literally impossible (there's no website, it's "launching soon"), which is why I made a point to take a pic to post! The food was great. The beer selection is AWESOME!! They happily and graciously took care of our party of 20. The food came out staggered, but they overly apologized and brought us dessert for the wait. Overall really happy with this new place. We'll definitely be back!!

We went to the soft opening...The place looks great! They really opened it up! There's a stage in the middle for live music too. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us! Their manager, Dom, checked in on us and was such a great guy. We really appreciate the service and look forward to the full menu. Our server, Kassey was too.

    $5 mystery shot!

Update: After my original review, the restaurant reached out to apologize for our experience. We decided to give them another chance, and I'm glad we did. Our return visit was completely different. The service was excellent, and we had the pleasure of meeting the Ashley Cook, General Manager and the owner. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! I've already been to their quiche and pies bakery a few times now - I'm over 30 minutes away, but just try to find excuses to get there! Anyway, the wife and I were looking around for a different steak experience - something a step up for a special evening. Obviously, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Chandler have some swanky places - dress up and all. But figured if Quiches and Pies is great, Cuisine and Wine can't be worse, and it didn't disappoint. The dining room is a cross between casual and formal - you can dress up, or you can be casual. Excellent wine selection and viewable as you walk in. Friendly, unassuming but professional service. You don't feel like you have to pronounce everything with a French accent. I had a French Pinot, and the wife a glass of white (forgot the name.) Appetizer de jour: stracciatella. The cheese is called cheese described is burrata (I researched it) and its the outer casing fresh mozzarella with a creamy cottage cheese like consistency. Very mild. Served with bruschetta and prosciutto. Main course: Wife - Filet mignon wellington - absolutely excellent. The filet was tender and juicy. The pastry - light and flaky and delicious! Serviced with Gratin potatoes. Excellent. I had duck with a cherry sauce. Served with very thinly sliced fried potatoes. Excellent - my only critique, duck was just a little tough. Desert: I had Pain pardu - bread pudding with carnalized apples. Light, soft, not too rich. Wife had a chocolate lava cake - like eating a chocolate mousse truffle. Excellent. Nice change of pace. Looking forward to going back maybe around Christmas to try something else on the menu. Its not cheap. Was it worth the price? Yes - nice atmosphere, excellent food, great wine selection. Nice place for a special occasion.
