Based solely on their eggs Benedict served on a freakin BUTTER CROISSANT, don't think twice, this is the Benedict of your wildest carbohydrate dreams. Butter croissant greater than an English muffin ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

I love visiting OEB for brunch. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating in the summer. I recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is usually quite busy. The servers are always friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is flavourful and is served in large mugs. On this visit, I ordered the Canadian Lobster and Shrimp Crepe. The crepe was light, the hollandaise was buttery and there was a good portion of seafood in the crepe. My meal was perfect!

Made a reservation which was good as place is packed. Street parking was a little stressful and I paid $1.75 for an hour and half . Cluck Norris - like a turkey cranberry. Spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette was the alternative to fries. Friend liked it. Tuna burger : 8/10. Tuna doesn't have much taste, super messy - like everywhere. Loved the toppings and flavor of the ingredients in the burger. Bun was super soft. Fries were super fresh, well cooked. Needed more salt. Cool breakfast place but not worth the hype for me.

I've been here before but it's been so long that I don't remember a whole lot of my experience. I recently visited again and ordered the a lott a laks poutine benny. You have the option of getting it with half the amount of potatoes with spinach or arugula on the side (free of charge). I got 1/2 potatoes and 1/2 arugula. I am glad this was an option as I would've found it too heavy with the amount of potatoes. It was perfect and the right amount for me. My friend got the pancakes, eggs, and bacon with added fruit and whipped cream. It came with one pancake but it was pretty big. She enjoyed her breakfast. The food was nice and hot, potatoes were crispy, and there was lots of flavour. The only reason it lost a star was because my dish was a bit salty. Our waitress was great! She was prompt, friendly, checked in etc. overall the service was great and the staff were all very kind greeting you with a smile upon walking through the doors. I recommend coming on a weekday as it gets ridiculously busy on the weekends unless you make a reservation. There's paid street parking on 124st.

Delicious poutines. Best croque madame ever. Large portions are good for sharing but why would uou want to? This local chain originated in calgary and i always had to wait over an hour to get a seatat this amazing brunch spot. Probably 10 years later andits still the same if not even busier bc more people know about it now. My favourite brunch spot in Yeg. I personally like this location out of all the Edmonton locations if I don't want to wait as long as usually it's not as busy as their downtown or windermere location. Food is instagram picture perfect but also tastes amazing. I love the classic gold digga poutine which is drenched in hollandaise sauce. But I think my favourite dish is the croque madame. They use manchego cheese!!! My pro tip is to get a side of potatoes and share a poutine bc it is alot for just one person. And if you're still hungry order another dish and share it. Everything is good here. Farm fresh eggs. Fresh veggies. Local breads. And the best hollandaise. If you are looking to brunch in edmonton or calgary this is the place to go to. Don't miss it!!!

pirogies and duck blue plate special with tropical mango smoothie

First time coming and had ordered the short rib poutine for myself and my friend ordering pirogies and duck. It took around 25 minutes for the food to cook, but once it came out, the food looked very appealing to the eye. Something to keep in mind is it's quite cold in this location so if you are going in the morning id recommend bring a sweater. Another side note, the way the server offered their coffee it seemed it was complimentary. It would've been nice to be told that the coffee was in fact not free and that it was 4$ each

Came in for a quick brunch and had the most amazing service! Thank you Tyco and Amanda for the best OEB experience! Got the traditional eggs Benny with Canadian bacon! 5/5! From food to service 10/10! Thank you again Tyco for the amazing service! #givehimaraise

The layout of this place is cool. I love the vibe of it all, I like how all the servers wear matching T-shirts with jean shorts & it appeared that most of the serves have a very natural look, and not heavy on the make up, not sure if that's part of the aesthetic at OEB but that's what I observed. The service was great. Food was good, I wish my poutine wasn't so watery and runny, it lacked flavour (so I loaded it with Tabasco & pepper) along with the amount of cheese. My friend ordered the croque madame and it was TO DIE for, I am so grateful I got to try it. I would love to come back and try other food items like the gnocchi, and the eggs Benny!

The Soul In A Bowl Poutine will truly fill your soul.

This will be a very popular place for the Whyte Avenue crowd as there are so many options available depending on which floor you enter. We were on the second floor today for brunch but the first floor, which has a similar look and feel, has a Mexican menu. It opens for lunch at 11:30am. It's a unique concept for Edmonton. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". The brunch menu was interesting with some unique features and some typical offerings. I had the Pork Bennie, for $18.00 in 2024. The prices are quite reasonable for the type and quantity of the food. My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. I'm sure the vibe is much different for dinner than brunch, but based on our experience, I'll definitely return.

My wife and I both ordered the Chandru Special for $17.50. It's a crepe with bacon and eggs inside plus some cheese slices melted on top. There was a side of fresh fruit. The presentation was somewhat lacking as the cheese slices made it look like something you find at your children's birthday party. The dish definitely needed some sauce to help it down. At least the fruit was good. Our server was very skilled at tunnel vision as she didn't see us even when walking right by our table. Eventually we caught her and got a refill for our coffee. She was pleasent enough when she arrived but definitely didn't want to do refills. On a more positive note, my friend ordered an omelet which came with potatoes that looked like thick potato chips. They looked good and he liked them. If I return it will be because I am in the area and can't find a better place. In other words, three stars out of five.
