Odsy is THE best shoe and leather repair shop in the city. Simple as that. I came in with a Louis Vuitton bag that needed reglazing and a strap from a Givenchy bag that needed shortening. Both repairs were fantastically done at such a great price and on time! If I had gone to the LV store for the repair it would've taken twice as long and would've been nearly ten times more expensive. Odsy restored my bag in 2 weeks and for a fraction of the price LV quoted me... I cannot recommend this place enough! Trust me, I know how scary it is to place your beloved leather goods to just anyone, but let me tell you, Jin is a master at his craft and will turn your favorite items back into tip top shape! A zipper on a good quality suitcase I own began to fail. It was out of company warranty, and most of the luggage repair shops in town had mixed reviews (at best). I had some experience with cobblers fixing luggage in the past, so did a search. I found Odsy and liked their mix of product and repair and their positive neighborhood and online presence. In this case, Odsy's well-kept, organized, and straight forward storefront is the first example of how much pride they take in their business and the work they do! I brought in my absolute favorite pair of booties which I wear far too often- I've had my fair share of bad cobblers in this city so I wouldn't trust just anyone with my favorite shoes. I did research both online and verbally asking many friends and coworkers where they go for shoe repair. After a couple weeks of research (and months too long for my poor shoes) I decided to go with Odsy! Lucky for me they happened to be relatively close to my house as well. I dropped off my shoes Saturday afternoon and they said I could pick them up Tuesday. Such fast turnaround compared to other city cobblers that I didn't believe it until I picked them up today, Tuesday at 3pm. Exactly 3 days later! They did an amazing job repairing the heels of my booties which I had worn down about a centimeter above the actual heel cap! They even polished my boots without me asking and with no extra fee. The price was super affordable. The owners do the work themselves with extreme precision and attention to detail, on top of that, they are very friendly! I am so happy with the work that I no longer feel anxious about the hunt for a cobbler when I need another pair fixed but feel relieved that Odsy will be around to reliably handle my shoe care needs!! I've always walked by this store on my way to get boba but finally came during the day and stepped inside. First off, though a small shop, it's minimalist aesthetic really highlights all the products they make (from scratch!) and some other items they get from local artists or distributors. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner, Jin, who is very nice and personable. I appreciated him knowing the details of the artists of the ceramic cups I just bought, which made me appreciate them a lot more. Will definitely stop by more often. They have really cool aprons and bags and wallets they make by hand and it's cool to see part of the process behind the register. LOOK NO FURTHER! Never again will I need to deal with Mr. CrankyPants at Tip Top! And his quality has also slipped while his attitude gets worse. Never again will I need to deal with the carelessness at Pioneer Renewer. Odsy is IT for shoe repairs. I'm sold! I gave him a very scuffed up pair of sneakers which also needed new soles as I wore them down quite a bit and I could feel pavement below me feet. The shoes are two shades of blue leather and suede and he used absolute artistry to tint them - truly. They don't look brand spankin' new which is what I wanted, they look like they've been around the block once or twice but with even and rich color, and that's perfect. It's not a common blue and I would not be surprised if he mixed the color himself! Seriously! The soles are amazingly soft and pliable - it's a new (to me anyway) Vibram sole in white which someone a Yelp posted a photo of. They feel divine! They are not chunky and heavy, they are light and sturdy. I feel like I can walk anywhere in them again. He's a genius at re-vitalizing beloved shoes. read more

I have a large statement piece belt that I bought over ten years ago, it's a nice thick textured tan leather. The only problem was after buckling it the large leather strap end had no loop holder to secure it down so it'd flap around (all kinds of wrong looking in the human anatomy department). So it sat in my closet for over ten years as a wall decoration. Finally I decided to clean out my closet this year and get it fixed by having a belt loop strap holder added to it. Took it to a local shoe and leather repair shop and they didn't do a very good job. They admitted it'd be hard to make an exact match of the color which I understood but when I picked it up it looked really bad. Thin smooth leather and completely wrong color, gold yellow vs tan. Did some research after that and found Odsy Workshop. I could tell from all their photos that their workmanship was high quality. Met with Jin who was wonderful and very thorough about the various options to fix it. He, like the previous place said that it may not be an exact match color wise which I understood but matching the thickness and texture of the leather would not be an issue. He texted me the next day to come and pick it up. I was amazed at what a perfect job Jin did with the belt! I plan on finally wearing this belt outside of my closet now. Jin did an amazing job repairing the soles of my Frye boots (replacing taps that had worn down) and polishing and conditioning the leather. They look new. It was only $30! Very reasonable price. He also taught me about leather conditioner, very patiently explained to me how to use it, and I bought a small bottle of it ($6) to take care of my leather goods between servicing! I am super impressed with the friendliness, service and quality at this adorable shop. I'm also eyeing some of their handmade goods for future gifts for my wife, some I've seen in the shop and some online on their website (especially the denim apron with leather details!) And the little handmade pouches in-store are adorable and cost $20. Overall, I give this local gem and its owners 10 stars! Do not recommend this place. I bought in two pairs of sneakers for resole. I was mortified when I saw how they were done. My sneakers were not leveled, he gave them a heel! I paid over $400 for the shoe and I almost cried when I saw how he resoled them. I didn't say anything at the time because I don't believe someone did such a horrific was able to fix them. Super fast service, clear and fair pricing, and very communicative! I had the zippers repaired on my beloved, but not terribly valuable, backpack and jacket. The shop owner worked with me to determine if a repair was going to be worth it for these items and explained how each repair would be done. I actually have a repair shop within walking distance to me but Odsy is just so much better in communication, pricing, and craftsmanship that I will be coming here exclusively from now on. Parking is also very easy by the shop. As an added bonus, the inside of Odsy is really lovely. It's clean and tidy but full of amazing handmade goods for sale and awesome plants. I brought in three pairs of shoes for repair before I was going to start my new job. I didn't want to shell out roughly $200+ each for new pair so I decided I'd try getting them fixed up first. Most of the exterior of my shoes were still in tact and well preserved, but I couldn't say the same for the soles. Here were the issues with my shoes: - Tory Burch Revas: soles were worn down and the insoles needed a replacement - Tory Burch flats: had a sizable hole on the bottom and soles were heavily diminished - heel: studs were ravaged and a new one had to be installed on it; otherwise, you could hear an uncomfortable clicking sound from my shoes all the way down the hall. It cost about $142 to fix all three pairs, but honestly, it was worth it. To put this in perspective, if I had purchased all three shoes again, it would have cost me about $600 including tax. Again, I didn't want to shell out that much money. I dropped it off two weeks ago on a Thursday and the owner was able to get them back to me on Friday by request. The owner was very detailed-oriented and noticed I had some scuffing on the exterior of the shoe near the toe area. He helped me provide a little more coverage there by gluing a bit of extra sole to cover it to prevent future holes. This was my first time using a cobbler's services and I can say I'm truly impressed with the job. He even polished my shoes and they seriously ended up looking close to brand new! read more

Wow! The craftsmanship and Odsy is wonderful and I will only get my shoes repaired here. I had purchased a pair of used Saint Laurent Paris Leather Wyatt boots back in 2017 and brought them to Odsy. They had definitely seen some wear but nothing crazy.
