Bob and his son quickly assessed that our issue is not with the pump itself but rather the electrical connection. They problem solved this tirelessly and were able to remove a box from one outside plug and reinstalled this allowing the pump to work. Although not a permanent solution, this certainly has bought us time and is considerably cheaper than getting a new pump. They worked on site for approximately an hour. The charge? Nothing. Bob said it was not about money but helping people out. What an extraordinary, encouraging and heartwarming experience. We are very grateful for both their service and the imparted message.

Horrific! Only actual satisfaction from doing business with…read morethis company was Rebecca, she was professional, assertive and actually able to get a hold of, I felt she really tried hard to give actual respectable customer service. Tyler... not so much. Very polite when you could get a hold of him but that was very far and few between. I had a scheduled appointment a month in advance... no show. After many calls to Tyler I finally received a call after leaving a text message followed after a few voicemails, I was assured the driver would be there 2 days after original scheduled date.... Again no show. I reached out to Rebecca, she was very apologetic and offered a free pump for scheduled appointments that was a no show, well 3rd time wasn't the charm... again no show. The communication between Tyler, his driver and what is actually important in running a successful customer satisfied business is well down the pooper... fitting right? Except don't expect your time, efforts or calls to actually be processed or pumped out, you'll be waiting. Thanks again to Rebecca for her communications, hopefully the rest of your company follows suit soon. As a business owner myself this was absolutely the worst communication break down, lack of organization I've ever seen, no excuse for that 3 times in a row. Save yourself time and book save on septic or any other local septic company for your septic needs. Your times worth it.

I was looking for a cleaning service which could save me the trouble of spending a lot of money. McRae's Environmental Services advised me to have a pipeline inspection first. They found the exact spot of leakage in the video feed. Surprisingly it was just a clogged u-bend. Mcrae's crew removed the residue from the spot. The excessive pressure was causing the pipe to leak water. McRae's Environmental Services fixed the problem and saved my time and money. I recommend them for all hydro-vac and pipe inspection services.
