Our garburator needed repairing, and after explaining what was wrong, we were advised that we may have to install a new one. We were given quotes beforehand - the hourly rate for repair, and the cost if we needed a new garburator. The technician that helped us was very friendly and honest. We did not need a new garburator, and he helped us fix ours. He also showed us how to check/troubleshoot the garburator ourselves in the future. They answered the phone in less than 5 seconds, and were able to prioritize my call and attend my emergency instantly... and all this on a SATURDAY!
