Because they're so good. I tried their Misguided Angel - One of the smoothest IPAs I've ever had, and the "In Your Head" stout, smooth and tasty. The place was PACKED when we were here; but everyone was very friendly and shared the small space together. They had 8 beers on tap; we had to try all 8! Everything was really solid; my fav was the stout and hubby liked the IPA. We didn't get to talk to the brew master as it was so crowded, but really enjoyed the experience and would recommend this place to anyone who is passing through or vacationing nearby. Just a side note - the bathroom situation is very interesting... the toilet is a cross between portal potty and compose. A bit high up and there's actually a step stool for the ladies to step up to "sit" on the seat. Bathroom is not dirty and doesn't smell...but it is definitely a hole for the waste to go in; no flushable water. By the toilet, under the bucket sink (with bud light tap as the water faucet control!) there' a bucket of dirt. Sign says to put a scoop in after you poop (ha!). The brews selection was extensive, I had their IPA which was smooth and hoppy, perfectly brewed. Their pretzel sticks are superb, and we tried two of their pizza selections that left us licking our fingers. Service was flawless. The server we had knew her beers well and her recommendations were spot on. The clientele was festive, happy and congenial, lending the brew house a wonderful ambiance. Vulgar opened just months before the pandemic hit. They not only survived and were one of the sources of great local beers, but now they are a full brew restaurant serving delicious food. Although this was communicated politely, it's actually a very rude thing to impose on customers. So, on one hand, if vegans aren't this businesses main focus, its totally understandable not to go through great lengths to cater to us- But, it is an extremely poor business practice to both not serve vegan food and not allow customers to order their own food. Given the number of areas businesses that value vegan customers, it shouldn't be too hard to replace B&B in our rotation.
