For the appetizers we had the potato pancakes, which were soggy mushy the Polish Kabasa that was extremely salty, and the pierogies which were dried out on the outside and dry on the inside. For dinners, we had the Abigail's chicken (which I don't know what kind of sauce they put all over it, but it was horrendous), the braised short ribs (there was only one whole rib with the casing still on it and had nothing but fat and grizzle), the stuffed flounder (was too extremely thin slices of flounder stuffed with what was supposed to be crab meat stuffing, but they might as well just call it stuffing because there was no crab or even crab taste), we also ordered a fourth dinner, which I cannot remember what it was, but it was again extremely disappointing. We definitely will not order from here again, whether it be going and eating in or doing takeout.

But out came a focaccia with tomato sauce on top and Mozerella. We had to ask the waitress about it who replied the kitchen may have updated the menu and substituted that in its place... I don't know what your thoughts are but whipped ricotta with honey is not even in the same category as a glorified pizza cheese bread and our bellies really didn't want this imposter of a plate. The chocolate shavings they had on the cake for presentation was dry and showed visible signs of age. Like they had rolled the shavings days before and put it into a tub to use throughout the week. We made it through some of the cake by spooning the upside down pineapple cake sundae into each chocolate cake bite.. All in all the vibes is cute but the food did not hit like we wanted it too. My recommendation to the restaurant is to revisit the menu and personally taste it and be very honest with the plate and ask themselves if the bite matches the mood of the restaurant and if it doesn't take it off the menu and replace it.... From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness and warmth by the owner, a lovely Montenegrin-Albanian woman who runs this restaurant with genuine pride and heart. You can feel her touch in everything, from the cozy lighting to the soft music playing in the background. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was layered with flavor, balance, and soul. You can tell this is real Mediterranean cuisine, made by someone who truly loves what she does. The staff was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was calm and comforting, and everything about the evening felt genuine. This is more than a restaurant. It's a place built on tradition, care, and love. Likseva and I will absolutely be coming back soon to visit the owner again and enjoy another beautiful dinner together.
