Overall Satisfaction: This has hands down been the best customer service I've ever received. I…read morecan't say enough good things about Sorin, who has gone above and beyond to provide excellent care. I was especially pleased with the final check in and how detailed the inspection was, and especially how prompt the issues were remediated. As a first time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous going into the purchase. I rolled my eyes at the promises made to commit to the warranties. I was so pleasantly surprised when literally every defect was corrected and how easy it was to request service. Customer Care/Service Experience: Sorin deserves a raise! Several raises!!!! We have been so well taken care of. He's regularly gone out of his way to identity defects that my wife and I had missed. He's also been incredibly patient with our many questions and has provided us with incredible peace of mind. I would also like to recognize and thank Mikey and Jorge for their amazing touch ups. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Windows/Sliding Glass Doors: There is a LOUD ASS DOG that lives next door (in the other residential neighborhoods we share a border with). His name is Chico. Sometimes he barks all night. The windows pretty much block out 90% of the noise, which is pretty amazing. Plumbing System: Plumbing/toilets overall have been great. Water heats up pretty fast and stays hot. Only needed minor maintenance for one of the toilets where the water kept running, but Sorin was able to schedule a plumber to come fix it literally within days. My only comment is with the shower head in the jack/jill bathroom. Haven't had any issues, per se, but the water pressure and angle of the head is alright at best. That being said, it is the default model so I can't really complain. Cabinets & Drawers: Another shoutout to Sorin for getting us service to replace the underside of a cabinet that experienced shrinkage. Heating & Air Conditioning: Probably the best AC I've had. Left it running all summer without issue and with the solar panels the cost has been insanely low. Doors: No issues with the doors themselves but a lot of the frames were not sealed around the edges, which did let in ants during the summer (caulked?) However, pointed this out to Sorin and got it addressed pretty much immediately (thanks again to Mikey and Jorge). Garage door has been solid so far. Grading & Landscaping: It's been raining A LOT the last 2 weeks. Pleasantly surprised at how effective the french drain has been. Have experience literally zero flooding despite the relentless volume of water coming down. Positioning of the roof gutter/drain to the french drain excellent. Around the community, lot seems to be draining pretty damn well even for the houses that are downhill. Sound Transmission: 12/10 sound insulation. You can hear when neighbors are going up/down stairs in the garage but literally cant hear anything between our shared walls. Exterior Paint: Points off for the material that coats our outside walls and backyard walls, erodes pretty easily with minimal contact from our trashcans. The bottom of a section of our backyard walls has pretty much crumbled away. Appliances: Went with the default appliances. Nothing spectacular but overall pretty good. Expectations: The house wasn't perfect. There were definitely small things that the builders seemed to cut corners on (e.g., the door frames). That being said, overall the build was excellent and because of how good the customer service was (I have to shout out Sorin and team again), I am extremely satisfied with the product.

Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

However, DYM has now done our master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, and windows. The place looks phenomenal! DYM did our bathrooms/windows in 2020, and they did our kitchen in 2022. It's been really great to see their company grow, and while I was worried as they grew we'd see things slip or something (I'm pretty sure we were one of their first ~10 clients in 2020), but that is definitively not the case. They were actually even better in 2022 as they had grown into more of a rhythm/process. There are so many crummy contractors, and we had heard every horror story you can think of. I'm happy to report we have no exciting or scandalous home renovation stories, and I mean that in the best possible way. With DYM, things get done on a schedule and with good quality. There's no "and then they disappeared for a week" or "and then they said another project came up" or "their plumber flooded our home and they said they weren't responsible." They just planned, demoed, adapted the plan (hooray for the inevitable demo day surprises), built, and finished. Wonderfully uneventful every time! While Jade and David are awesome, I also have to give a shout out to their crew. Carlos is a true master at his craft. He picks up on all the details, makes brilliant suggestions, and works crazy efficiently. They crew also does a great job at sectioning off the construction site and cleaning up. Renovations inevitably impact your lifestyle, but they really do everything in their power to limit it. I would trust their crews to do literally anything in our home. The most mind-blowing part is how strongly DYM stands by their work. We had some bathroom tiles get loose almost two years later, and I texted Jade asking for advice (How can I fix this? How much do you think it would cost if I hired someone? Have someone you would recommend?). I wasn't asking for her to fix it - it had been over two years. However, she just went ahead and fixed it with no cost and no questions. Hell, she even got me a birthday cake. Seriously...what contractor does this stuff? It's awesome! The group at DYM is also fantastic at making other contractor recommendations. We had a neighbor spring a leak and damage some of our drywall. We asked Jade for recommendations on someone who could fix it, and they person did a great job at a great price. It's so nice to have a source of information like that. We literally always recommend DYM to our friends whenever they mention they're doing a renovation. The only reason some of our friends have gone with someone else is because the other contractor was cheaper by a few thousand, and I don't think it ever ended up being worth it. The other contractors almost always added way more costs along the way, did a crummy job, or took forever. So you might be reading this review holding two quotes and wondering "Is DYM really worth the extra money?" Trust me - it is worth it and you won't regret it.

Like me, you've probably heard construction horror stories throughout your life, and the thought of undergoing a big project can be scary. I actually discovered ADU West Coast online, and was immediately stuck by their videos and public transparency of their current projects. I contacted their own Cameron Meredith, and decided to give them a go. The project was much more involved than you might think. It included going back and forth with the City of Orange over permits, historical "approvals" for materials, and more. With every "bump in the road" and every step of the way, things went as smoothly as you can possibly imagine. I got almost daily updates, and they were as communicative as possible. ...and the job they did? It came out absolutely beautiful. In fact the gentleman that owns the house next door (who is part of the City of Orange's Chamber of Commerce) told me "Thanks so much for helping raise the worth of my house, and the neighborhood too!" That pretty much says it all. If you're looking for peace of mind and excellent craftsmanship, look no further!

Their pricing was comparable to others, but the ability to visit their in-progress projects gave me confidence. I'm very very particular, and while no remodel is perfect, Creative worked to bring my vision to life. My advice: plan everything in detail beforehand--or hire a designer. To save costs, I handled all the design myself while working full-time, which was highly stressful. Having everything mapped out helps avoid delays, last-minute changes, or compromising on your vision. Golan and Jordan were fantastic--Golan handled planning and communication, and Jordan ensured everything stayed on track. They always responded to my texts in a reasonable amount of time. Their tile crew was exceptional (I often bumped into them because they worked long hours and weekends to complete my home and were really nice and respectful people), and they tiled nearly my entire house beautifully (we're talking 2000 sq ft of flooring, 3 bathrooms, and a fireplace). I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.
